All Staten Island Garage Doors

We own a commercial space in Richmond County, not far from the hospital, and the overhead door is the only entrance for cars. When I got a call at 6:30 in the morning g that they can’t open the door, I knew I am going to need a local emergency service in Staten Island. I called 2 companies, they both said that they can’t repair commercial doors. I was getting worried, but I am a believer, who believe everything happen for a reason. I found All Staten Island Garage Doors, and I know that from now on, this will be the company I will use whenever I need service.
They sent Izik, a little guy who climb a ladder in 5 seconds. He pointed to the broken spring, and said it need to be replaced. I asked how long it will take, and he said maybe tomorrow afternoon. I told him that we can’t wait that long. He told me that he will try to replace the spring today, but that he can’t promise. At least open the door for us, I asked, and he brought few tools from the track and together with me and one more gentleman, we were able to open the door.
I called Izik every hour to ask him to try and speed things. He did not get made at all, and told me that he is working on it. He returned at 8 PM, with the spring and with one more technician, and replaced the spring.
The best service I have seen in years!

As part of renovating my mom’s house for the new year, we decided to take care of her garage, which no one used for years. We wanted to do everything by doing it by itself, so we started at low’s, and purchased eventing we need. But as for the garage, we couldn’t even open the door and start. I searched for garage door technician in Staten Island, and located All Staten Island garage door. They sent a technician, who told us that only after he will open the door, he will be able to tell what is the door’s condition. Since we didn’t have the key, the technician (itzik) needed to bypass the key and open the door using a long steel wire he had with him. Would you believe it took him 1 minute to open the door? Believe!
After he opened the door, he said that everything looks fine, he just need to replace the rollers, and lubricant the parts. When he finished, the door was working quietly, and we could easily open and close it. He replaced the old lock, and gave us 3 new keys. He charged us 225 + Tax for everything. I ended with a feeling we got a great deal and a very good service.

I usually repair things by myself. But when my overhead door started to get stuck, and all my attempts to lubricate it didn’t help, I started looking for a local specialist in Staten Island. I called 2 different overhead companies, the first offered to come for free, and All Staten Island Grate Doors said they charge 30 $ for the visit. I thanked and made appointment with the company that offer free estimate. They never showed.
I called Staten Island garage doors again and asked to schedule a visit. They scheduled me for the same day, and they came on the extract time frame.
Izik looked at the door, and knew right away that the rollers and the pulleys are broken. I asked if he is sure this will solve the problem, and he said that there was never a problem he couldn’t fix. And he was right (at least with reaping my overhead).
Love their confidence and the service. Worth the 30 $ charge.

My garage door is working again, All Staten Island Garage Doors did good service repairing it and making it work again. I was scheduled for Sunday morning, and there was no extra charge for weekend! Itzik came to our home, and had all the parts he needed to repair the door. He had springs to match my door, and he had new cables like the cables I had. Good person, with positive attitude toward life.
One thing bothered me, and it is why I give only 4 stars, is that he told me the price, and when he wrote the invoice, he added the tax. When he told me the price before he started working he did not mention the tax.
After the service, and after meeting Itzik, I feel confident to share it with you.

Izik from All Staten Island Garage Doors did a great job installing a new overhead door for us. We bought a new house in Staten Island, and installing new garage door was part of the renovation. I called All Staten Garage Doors a couple of weeks ago since needed modifications to our garage and to our garage door. When they heard about the project, they sent Izik, and they knew why. He knew what to do and how long it is going to take. He said that when we will finish the job on the garage, he will take care of the door, and that in the meantime he will order the parts. I called him the next month, to let him know that the garage will be ready the coming weekend. Izik said he will be there on Sunday.
I will try to make it short: The same day he removed the door, cut it, and adjust the door to fit the new opening. Super professional!

When my father in law called and said that he is trying to open the garage door but the door is not moving, I immediately headed to Staten Island to help. The problem with my garage door started when the garage door wouldn’t open. After some research online, I realized a broken roller was the problem. I and my friend wanted to replace the roller by myself, but I kept coming across warnings of how dangerous it can be if you don’t know what you’re doing because the bottom roller is connected to the spring system with a cable, and it can be dangerous.

I was really impressed especially because I watched a few do-​it-​yourself videos on Youtube and saw that it can get complicated and even dangerous, but not for Mike. The door works perfectly now!
When something break it is never fun, but this was a breeze. I highly recommend them if you need garage door service in Staten Island.

Apparently my son moved the safety sensors with he’s motorcycle. I didn’t understand why the door wasn’t closing anymore. Jacob said he will come within an hour, and he did!
My son also cut one of the white wires, so the door couldn’t close. Jacob reattached the wires, and now I can close the door again. Free of charge!
He said that since I am a customer that already used their garage door service in Staten Island, he will not charge me ;)
