After speaking to many dry cleaners, they were the only ones who could have my dress shirts ready by the next afternoon. I was happy– until pickup. The man said I could come back around 2:00. I arrived at 3 and not only was my shirt not ready IT WASNT EVEN THERE!!! The woman couldn’t go get it herself and after many phone calls back and forth (and 25 m) I finally said I will pick it up myself wherever it is. She had the AUDACITY TO TELL ME I OWED HER FOR THE SHIRT I WAS PICKING UP MYSELF! The funniest thing is, I picked up the shirt myself from ANOTHER dry cleaners! I’ll be doing my dry cleaning there from now on apparently. Still can’t believe she actually made me pay her despite having to drive MYSELF and pickup the shirt from somewhere else. Outrageous.
