This place gets a zero ! My coworker and I got food poisoning from this place. Highly recommend everyone to stay away from this filthy place .
Never ordering from here again, delivery men question the tips you hand them, the manger wouldn’t deliver food if it doesn’t make $ 10 even if your short that 20cents, they refuse to deliver. Nothing good about this place. STAY AWAY.

I went in for a quick food. and i learned after its not that quick as i thought. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get their chicken wrap. The counter guys didn’t seem much like they cared or was processing my order. I just paid, ate & kept in the back of my head not to come back! If you seen my images you’ll notice the portions are way off, which will help telling you their skills were lacking. The most entertaining part of my visit was also reading up on all the other horrible reviews on Unilocal

These SOBs opened up the year after we moved into our apartment. Their phone number is one digit off from ours and I field ten calls a day for them. I told their manager and asked him if he’d comp me for being nice enough to give the callers the right number. The dick said he won’t. Fine, I can be a dick too. Anyone calling me hears that they have to close until they can pass inspection.

Horrible. Delivery was late, food was ice cold, boneless wings were shriveled and burnt with no sauce on them. I guess they ran out and didn’t bother to cancel the order? Who the hell knows. On top of all this the driver, who I knew it was going to be when it took a half hour to drive 1 mile at 12pm, had an attitude and stood at the door expecting more of a tip even though i had already put it on the card. Also gave me attitude about the intercom not working even though it said in caps to call right on the paper he handed me. Never again.

First time trying this place and I will not be going back! This take out and eat in location is clean and medium size. Nice size parking lot and other options in the parking lot too. Also a nice size flat screen tv to watch while eating.
However the cashier isn’t doesn’t eat the food so clearly he shouldn’t be on the register selling food to customers. Why did he feel it okay to tell me he can’t help on taste options because he don’t eat the food! I’m happy he was honest but how helpful is that to the customer… I ordered a turkey burger with curly fries and Pepsi! My Pepsi was flat, food cold and it wasn’t tasty! I’ve had better and I wasn’t happy with my food!

Not ever again! I ordered from here tonight to try out the local spot. I called for delivery which they said they offered in my area. I guess the more important question I should have asked was do you deliver to my building, can you bring the food to the lobby, can you throw the food to me as you drive by really quickly? Got to brush up on my 20 questions skills it seems.
After finally negotiating the delivery, I don’t know what was worse, the mediocre boneless wings, the flavor-​less philly cheese steak (what happened to salt and pepper?), or the overly salty curly fries.
That’s OK, you proved to me why you have such low ratings. I’ll find some where else to order from. Thanks.

Bone-​in chicken wings are pigeon wings, way to small not even worth buying. Quesadilla is delicious. Nachos are bad not even velvetta cheese on them its some nasty flavorless cheese. Gyros are good. Service is good well because they know my face. Not too bad of a place.

The food to me, is decent. The service however is horrible! Especially one of the guys at the cash register. I mean really, he’s getting paid to take orders and make sure people come back but instead he drives people away. First of while ordering he gives my boyfriend and I an attitude, strike one. Second, I asked if they had water and he rudely told me, «yeah. From the fountain» strike two. Third, I asked him if he had a bathroom because I really needed to pee but he rudely tells me no Go to Starbucks, strike three. So instead of making sure his customers come back to planet wings he sends them to Starbucks, what kind of sh*t is that?! Oh and the face he gave us when he noticed we were short on cash made me want to lose it but instead we gave him a card to pay and I left to use the bathroom at Starbucks, and you’re out. Nice going cash register man.

I was by no means expecting a gourmet meal here but some kind of friendly service would have been nice. I went in with a coupon for the chicken gyro and they wouldn’t even honor their own coupon. The guy at the counter came up with numerous reasons why the coupon didn’t apply to my order, none of which made sense. When I asked for extra sauce on the side he yelled at me saying it was already on the gyro and then charged me extra for the sauce on the side. Sure enough, when I got it home there was NO SAUCE on it! I would never go back here. They will be another poorly staffed chain that closes it’s doors.

Hahahahahahaaaaa I’d rather drink a tall glass of Mr. Clean then go back to this place. Nobody spoke or could understand english for starters. They didn’t honor the coupons, they screwed up a simple order, the food was scary, very scary sorry boys but first lesson is learn to speak english and then go to cooking school… what a joke

Is this place for real? I ordered 10 pieces of chicken for $ 6.99 and I could not believe how small the portion was. My order consisted of 10 pieces which means each wing is split into two pieces which are roughly tree inches long, with barely any meat on them. This is truly an insult to costumers’ intelligence. I don’t know why anyone would patronize this place. May be they make good cheese-​steaks or something. I don’t plan to find out because I am never going back there ever again. To make up for the disappointment the next day I went to this Gyro place in my neighborhood that serves whole, chicken wings that are way meatier. They may not have the selection of sauces but you certainly get a lot more wings for your money.

This place is horrible. I’ve tried it a few times when they first opened and it still seems like they haven’t worked out the kinks. We have ordered both regular hot wings and boneless nuggets from the other Planet Wings on the island (Hylan Blvd) and have been very satisfied. I ordered from this Forest Ave. store and have experienced bad food, cold food, and very slow delivery times. When I call to ask if my order is on its way yet, i have gotten attitude from the person answering the phone and the manager also. After waiting patiently for almost 2 hours for wings, I would gladly cross this place off my list and order a pizza or something else.

Wow, I didn’t know you could screw up chicken tenders this bad. They were shriveled and dry, slightly burned and tasted a little bit worse than cardboard. The boneless wings were in the bottom 30% of all my chicken experiences, barely eeking above the chicken tenders because the sauce probably covered up the dry flavorless coating. The Philly cheese steak is what earned them an extra star — it wasn’t terrible.
