KFC

Not consistent with chicken, sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s stale and cold! You also have to check your order before you leave, they usually get your order wrong, or your missing something. One time I ordered from the drive thru and when I checked i had a box of sides with no chicken. The servers usually have bad attitudes, are very impatient like they are doing you a favor. They are very quick to take your money, but don’t seem to care if your order is correct. I use to go and hope I got a decent order, but now I just make my own chicken.

Here’s a tip. I just went back here yesterday. Do not come here if they’re having an off day. The speaker wasn’t working, and the drive thru worker was all mad and yelling at my mother out of her frustration. I understand people get frustrated, but there are better ways to handle it and not take it out on the customer! The food at KFC has always been typical, but do not come here if you want bad customer service.

Just like to thank the staff that was working at this establishment on 7÷21÷15 at 11:30 am for GIVING ME, MY WIFE AND 2 YOUNG KIDS FOOD POISONING, HOPEFULLY MY 2 YEAR YOUNG ONE DOESNT COME DOWN WITH IT. You people did a great job with tainting my order. I BELIEVE IN KARMA. Shouldn’t have to rate them a star just to post, but then I’m new to Unilocal

DISGUSTING STAFF. I went to the drive thru with my boyfriend on fourth of july and some nasty ass worker had the illest attitude, and when we said give us a minute she sucked her teeth and said «omgaah i dont understand ppl like its a holiday» how the fuck is it your business for us picking up some food. dont be mad because you make min wage and work around grease and fryers all day do something with your life even though you probably cant because you have a nasty demeanor like that. sorry but that experience i will never return me and my bf pulled out cause if staff really doesnt care to say something like that to customers how do you think they are treating the food? .
and btw i inquired to the store about this incident and one girl said call at 12:30 when the general manager comes in and then when i called they said hes busy now and hung up.
they should be shut down and reopened with actual humans that want a business not animals

Came here a few days ago, girl at the drive through speaker was impatient and rude, and tried to rush me when I was unsure of what to order considering the menu is a sh** show itself. This place needs a complete overhaul on employees and service in general, corporate and management need to take a deeper look into their team here from the manager down, they are seriously going to lose money, that was my last trip there I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Someone do something

They never have a single thing on the menu and when they do, it’s undercooked and/​or missing a few pieces. There is not a single other place on the island as slow as those fat speech impeded bastards that work there.

Every time I come here, I receive the slowest service with the worst attitudes! I love KFC but this place is the worst!

I really hate the fact that I have to go on Unilocal and write a review about a fast food joint. Why is it that EVERY TIME I’M THERE, there’s usually just ONE person in line ordering food and literally four to six groups of people in that little waiting station waiting for their food? You people are defeating the purpose of FAST food. Every time I’m there, there is an obese woman who cannot move an inch preparing all the foods. She seriously needs to haul ass and quit with her attitude.
Give your customers some hot chicken. We don’t like our chickens cold and stale. Remember, hot and fresh. Not cold and stale. You’re giving it to us cold and stale. Stop. Stop. Please stop.
One more time, and hey obese woman if you’re reading this, remember– HOT AND FRESH NOT COLD AND STALE.

A few months back I left a good review on this place sadly one bad experience was enough to make me take it back. Today im not feeling to well so my boyfriend insisted we buy something instead of cooking. We decided on KFC, once we got there there was a line and the cashier seemed visibly annoyed and wasn’t afraid to let it be known. She was taking everyone’s order and giving them a retarted look. Once it got to be our turn I asked her about the boneless chicken and if they had meals. She said yes and I asked her how many pieces come in a meal she said as many as you want. I asked her whats the least amount you can get once again she said as many as you want. After going back and forth with her I told her I just wanted to and she was like oh you can do that too. While we were waiting the manager came over to us repeated our order and when my boyfriend went to give him the money he calls someone else to take it from us. «Yo take the this money so I can take the next order.» He seriously said that. I couldn’t believe it. We had to wait ten minutes because everyone working there were slow. Once we finally got our food the boneless chicken looked more like the bites meal. They were hard and gross. The mash had corn in it. It was just so bad! Never going back there. Next time im cooking.

Seriously??? I went in, waited. seen the manager and and another employee just like overlooking from the customers end. No one servicing behind like there were under staffed. When the cashier approached. Did she have a mouth! Rude from the start. Starting a convocation with «what you want?» Wtf! No hi. no how are you? And then told me I gotta wait for 20 minutes to get 2 Breast cause it was not ready and there were 3 more people waiting before me for Breast! I left and went to Popeyes got my food and came home before 20 minutes!

Horrible customer service, slow staff. They refused to give me a receipt and said to stop worrying about the change, which was 70 cents. I know that sounds silly, but as an employee, you have no right to tell your customers that.

Nope, I did not eat the bones… had to do it! Anywho I’m not a fan of the pricey chicken bucket but I do heart the chicken here. It always comes out tasty and well chicken-​y. I bought a bucket of crispy chicken for a recent beach trip and let me tell you it hit the spot!
Staff was super nice. They opened the KFC at 10:30am on Saturday but they let me sit inside w/​the very excellent a/​c so I wouldn’t sweat it out in this blistering heat and at exactly 10:30am they took my order.

Three Stars, When your Craving Chicken and Don’t know where to get some at, Just order from KFC. Their Chicken is actually Satisfying, A nice clean environment but just to lazy to walk over there. So a good Order-​in spot.
