Incredible customer service and beautiful work. I came in at the very last minute, just 20 minutes to closing, begging for a bouquet for my wedding at city hall the next day, on one of the busiest seasons ever (prom & wedding) and she was absolutely lovely, accommodating, forgiving and extremely willing to help. Thank you Lorraine! She even gave me a little wedding gift :)

I am not usually the type to go on Unilocal and write horrible reviews. I came to buds once before and had a wonderful experience with a very sweet girl. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I decided to return on Mother’s Day to have a bouquet made for my mom. At the counter I said to the woman «can I please have a $ 30 bouquet» to which she responded:”$ 30-​$ 35?” I agreed because of the hustle and bustle of Mother’s Day. But if I give a price, why should you offer an up charge? What did that extra 5 go towards? Of course after tax it was $ 38 and I understand the price of flowers but the bouquet was nothing special and I’m a college student on a budget. She asked me if I wanted bright flowers or pastels and I said bright. After that she ran to the back before I could even give her specifications of what I wanted. Afterwards she came out and showed me the bouquet and there was a carnation in it. I said my mother doesn’t like carnations. She rudely said to me that it was not a carnation (it was) and then said «next time if you don’t want something you say it first. You know it’s like when you make a sandwich and the person starts telling you yes or no to things after you finish making it. You just wanna throw it at them and tell them to make their own sandwich» excuse me??? I should have left then and there and had them give that bouquet to another person. All of that was yelled at me in front of a packed store on Mother’s Day. I am disgusted and will never be returning. I made 2 purchases this year and would have made many more. They just lost a good customer.

do not use buds florals. i had flowers delivered and by the time i got home from wedding the flowers were wilted. we called and the owner just screamed at me and my husband and hung up the phone twice. absolutely disgusting behavior

Order flowers for my bride on my wedding day. Was told it had to be a special order because she didn’t have any. Within hours of delivery they started wilting, I was so embarrassed. Decided to call next day. Called and was asked what room we had them in because it must have been environmental. I asked what rooms are they allowed in? She told me she had them all over the shop and they are ok, yet mine was a special order. Woman very nasty, hung up on me and my wife twice. Every time we glance at them they are saggier and saggier. Never again. Had to pay a special mother’s day premium.

I’ve been using this florist for years, and I have never been disappointed once from them. Has to be the best florist shop on the island.

As usual when I have a need for a new service, I immediately go on Unilocal.I wanted to send a dozen yellow roses to my cousin for her retirement. I live out of state and so I relied on previous reviews about the shop and the owner. I have to say the reviews are spot on. The owner, Lorraine introduced herself, explained where the flowers were coming from and the longevity of the roses. My cousin was thrilled with the roses and after 5 days she said they were as fresh looking as the day they were delivered. I would highly recommend this florist, she is very personable and her followup after the delivery was amazing. Thank you, Lorraine!

I bought roses, and they dropped the next day. Called to complain and got no cooperation and verbal abuse by the sales staff. The representatives would not allow me a word in edgewise, and was talked over continuously. What happened to the customer is always right.

Lorraine was extremely helpful and so sweet with walking me through the selections and delivery options. I am so glad to have found this amazing florist!!!

Wonderful flower shop! Lorraine is the best florist in SI! She is incredibly sweet and takes immense pride in her craft. I needed flowers delivered to a client and called her shop. In the past I’ve used another SI shop or online companies but she made such an impression on me, I plan to use her exclusively.

The staff was incredibly nice on the phone and provided excellent customer service. Even in the middle of a snowstorm! They even helped to make sure the flowers would be delivered on the day of the services, and were monitoring in case they were delayed. Could not have asked for a better experience ordering from far away! Lorraine was a real pleasure to talk to. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend!

I love this flower shop! My husband and I as well as other members of my family have been customers for years. The owner Lorraine is the nicest person and cares so much about making her customers happy, and we are always amazed at how wonderful all her creations are. Every arrangement is always beautiful and fresh… We would not use any other florist, it’s the best!!!

I have been going to this florist for a few years now. it’s the cutest little shop. and the owner is just fabulous! she cares so much about her customers and the flowers and really takes her time with her work! very kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

We came here to purchase a balloon for the cemetery. The salesgirl was very helpful as asking for what we would use it for. When we told her it was for the cemetary, she put a pointier stick on it so it would be easier to stick in the ground. She also let us take a small note card to attach to the balloon. I was very pleased with the store and the service. Highly recommended!

What a cute little shop. The manager I believe, has to be the nicest lady with the most soft spoken voice. It’s small and a great crowd pleaser! From now on I think I’ll get all my flowers there. She probably makes going there better in all honesty. And she just doesn’t slap together the flowers like most florists do, very pleased even though it was my first time there. Beautiful flowers and they’re well kept!

We stopped into Buds and Baskets to buy a birthday arrangement for a family member. We are not from the area and found the shop by using Google Maps. The two women in the shop were friendly and extremely helpful. Within 10 minutes, we had a beautiful custom bouquet. The shop is conveniently located in a strip mall with ample parking. Highly recommend Buds and Baskets!

This lovely little flower shop is a sure crowd pleaser. The sweet owner is a very talented woman. Her centerpieces are absolutely gorgeous & her prices are very fair. Order your next centerpiece with her & I am certain you will thank me after ;-)
