Ettore offered honest recommendations with no up-​selling during the planning phase. There were no hidden costs and Chez Vous offers free tastings every month. Ettore not only managed his own crew but also directed other vendors to ensure a flawless event. The venue was so pleased with how clean the kitchen was afterwards they added Chez Vous to their regular vendors list. Chez Vous is not just a great value, it’s the best choice for a reliable, full-​package caterer.

My fiancé and I just had our engagement party at Chez Vous’ catering hall, Edgewater Hall. First off, I could never possibly say enough about how easy it was to deal with the owner, Ettore, in the lead up to our party. Every time we needed to talk to him, see the venue or ask any questions, he was always ready and willing to hear from us. On the night of the party, his daughter Melissa coordinated everything for us. She was absolutely fantastic. Aside from directing the waiters & waitresses who were serving food, she also bar tended for the entire event. People could not stop raving about the food, the service and the venue itself. If you’re looking for a place on Staten Island that can rival some of the more vintage looking catering halls and loft spaces in Brooklyn, Edgewater Hall is the ONLY place to go to. We rented out the second floor loft. The high gold ceiling and antique décor provide plenty of decoration, so you don’t need to do much to really make your party look great. There is also a rooftop patio area right off of the main room where they set up high bar tables. Everybody was happy, comfortable and most importantly, impressed with the venue and food. There is nothing else like this hall on Staten Island.

not pleased with the lack of professionalism of the rental director. i placed a order and made the mistake of paying in full for my rental as a courtsey. i was impacted by hurrican sandy and was no longer able to host my party. i was then informed that i would not be refunded any money at all. i would understand if i was only reimbursed a portion of my rental and a deposit deducted. renter beware! do not pay in full for your rental till after the event!

Chez Vous Cater’s is located at 691 Bay Street it is the same building as «Dock Street Bar & Grill.» I have a family tie to the original owner. He was bicycling in Europe with my father when he decided that he wanted to go into catering. For as long as I can remember every party my family hosted the food had been provided by Ches Vous. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is absolutely delicious.
This is mostly a hall which can be rented out for parties but home catering is also provided.
