I wrote a review nad maybe it didnt quite come out the way I wanted — in fact, the place is very accomodating… my shirts are perfect, they deliver, and they are totally into making people happy. You need to say LIGHT press or the suits may burn (and that goes for ANY dry cleaners)…the cigarette smoke happened, but they gladly recleaned my clothes.
I would say that they are a good, neighborhood dry cleaners…(But clean up those clean cloths hanging around the front!)

There is nothing cosmopolitan about this cleaners! Their shop is hot, smelly and disorganized. They do an extremely sloppy job and send things back wrinkled frequently. The last straw for me was this recent pick up when they sent a pair of pants back to me that had been steamed on too high a temperature and caused the fabric to turn shiny. Also, they stained one of my silk blouses. It is irreparably damaged. Never again. There are so many cleaners inStaten Island that I will just find another. I suggest you do the same.
