The service sucks — Food is okay. Girl who picks up the phone named Dana is nasty as can be. There’s no managers, no higher ups on site. You have nobody to complain to.
My job always orders from this place, we won’t be anymore only because of nasty service. . If she apologized to begin with, and didn’t get nasty and fight back and insist she’s right. When she was wrong after I repeated TWICE what I wanted. I wouldn’t have got annoyed by her, I get people make mistakes. I simply wanted an apology and the correct food. THATS ALL.

Great food and a big selection. Very friendly staff as well. I’ve had the chicken park hero, NY steak hero, and the Jack Daniels boneless wing quesadilla. All highly recommended

The food here is fresh and delicious. There are choices for all, from simple soups & salads to sandwiches and full entrees! Also many healthy Choices for those who watch their diets… Always fresh & never disappointing! We love this neighborhood place!

If Cucina Mia was a church, I’d want to get married there. A quaint Italian eatery with classic favorites and new creations. Don’t go and try one thing, go and try everything. I challenge you to find something that disappoints. Don’t leave without trying the chicken croquettes or really anything served with their honey balsamic. If you told me that dressing was made of nuclear waste I’d happily eat it until my death. The owners are also some of the best people around with a real passion for what they do and desire to make every customer happy.

I haven’t been inside yet to give my credits to the chef! The food is superb! I enjoy ordering here all the time! My favorite is the is eggplant panini! The food tastes really fresh and cooked right then for every order! Keep up the great work guys!

My review is based strictly on the soups and nothing more so please take that into consideration. I love italian wedding soup and when I asked people where to go, they said Cucina Mia. I went twice (first time sold out) and finally got the italian wedding, a chicken/​tortellini soup, and a split pea for my wife. The chicken tortellini was good, bland but not bad, the split pea my wife wasn’t too fond of and finally the italian wedding. So disappointed! It was as if the took the chicken soup, added some meatballs and called it Italian wedding. I will not go back especially when they charge $ 9 for a quart of soup.

It’s okay honestly. They have a lot of variety of Italian foods. But my problem with it was, it tasted like microwave food. Prices are high compared to other similar places. No parking so you have to walk there.

I live this place! We order from here for lunch almost everyday. Their eggplant patties are to die for!!!

When we first walked in this afternoon it smelled like my Nonna’s house. They were making a fresh batch of Chicken Tortellini Soup and offered us a sample. It was very good big pieces of chicken and lots of tortellini.
Yes, it is an Italian deli but it serves salads, burgers, quesadillas and gourmet sandwiches. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to eat in or take out. As most of you that read my reviews know, I have a standard when trying a place. It is usually an Italian Sandwich that has prosciutto and mozzarella.
This time I changed it up a bit. I ordered the Roast Beefer on a roll. It was roast beef with horseradish mayo, red onion and tomato. The wife ordered the Selina as a panini. It is grilled chicken, mozzarella and broccoli rabe. All sandwiches are served with a small helping of macaroni salad and cucina chips. The wife’s sandwich came out piping hot which was awesome and a lot of cheesy goodness. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. They also offer catering which is a big plus.

This place is just really damn good, I am telling you, the food is so fresh, smells good and taste even better than you think. There is always specials from lunch to dinner and its pretty big plates that you get. I love getting vegetables from this place and soups are really good plus the salads. There is nothing I can’t complain at al! The workers are super cool and they will help you get whatever you want or try to make it for you. You can eat in there too but its kind of small. They sell all Italian ingredients and pasta which is nice but I love coming here for there awesome service and food. This place needs a lot more credit then it gets because you can just drive by this place and not notice it and since it doesn’t seem like a restaurant from the outside you never think you can come in here and have some fresh meatballs and some good lasagna or fresh made soups of the day. Prices are decent too!

Good food, has a deli /​home atmosphere. It’s surprisingly nice to sit down and eat there. Would come back again.

This place is seriously a hidden gem. It seems like your common Italian market but it’s so much more than that! They offer all those Italian goodies, plus their spin on deli favorites such as their sweet potato salad and homemade chicken burgers. They serve hot and cold meals all day and offer a very affordable lunch special. The staff is very friendly and quick. They truly make you feel at home. Their homemade balsamic vinagrette is also to die for– debatable if Royal Crown’s is better or not. Must try ASAP!

This place deserves a second review from me, even though my first was as impressive. The gentlemen Paul and Roberto that work here are so nice and they are amazing cooks! I think I may leave my current «spot» and start coming here more often!

I was on the island during lunch, it was 20 degrees outside and I wanted a homemade soup.
First of all the place is packed, cause it seems everybody knows this place is great.
I wanted the Italian wedding soup, but they were out and didn’t feel like waitiNg 15 min for a new batch
I had white bean and escarole soup. It was so so so good.
It was a big bowl and I thought I couldn’t eat it all, but I could not help myself and finished it.
It was super fresh and hearty. Loved it

Cucina Mia is THE WORST! My coworkers order their gross food every day and sometimes when I forget to bring my own lunch I make the mistake of ordering too. BIG MISTAKE! They never advertise what accoutrement’s come with your meal, and it’s always something weird and ruins your whole lunch. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!
