Cannot say enough about this restaurant ! Have gone at least 10 times this year and never never have been disappointed. I can’t wait to go again. From the second we walked in to the tine we walked out it was absolute perfection. The food, the staff, the service just amazing !! Very classy beautiful de or. Thank you DaNoi !! Thank you for making our anniversary extra special.

This place is pricey but worth it for a special occasion. The food is to die for. I had a chicken dish, it just melted in my mouth, my fiancé had veal that was absolutely delicious. We shared the tiramisu and I had the mexican coffee, both were excellent. The service was prompt and friendly. Easy valet parking. Beautiful décor. I would definitely like to come back again!

One of the freshest meals i have had on staten island in a long time, food comes out extra hot right to plate. Service was attentive and a delight. My only complaint is the Groupon Voucher, in my opinion its not worth it. The Nob Hob Pinot Noir wine given to us is a $ 9.00 bottle in store. From the 59 $ voucher i paid; they, without any question charge you tax $ 11.00 (no problem) then a $ 26.00 tip. 36 $ on top of the $ 59 you paid puts you at 98 $, in my opinion you can do better without the groupon voucher. You live and learn, but i would definitely return.

Exemplary staff! Dynamic food… all of it! Very accommodating to the special dietary needs. Friendly, warm patrons help pass the time too!

Fantastic service and food… they treat you like family! Last night was our first time and we were very impressed… one of the specials we had was a salad of figs wrapped in prosciutto with freshly sliced peaches, strawberries, pineapple, & cranberries, served over a bed of arugula with shaved cheese… OMG to die for! Another special was 2 chicken cutlets with sausage in a beautiful sauce with veggies… delicious…the chicken melted like butter in your mouth! Also loved that on this night they had a singer/​keyboard musician named Karen Brown, who has a truly lovely voice and a great repertoire of beautiful songs. I believe she is there fairly often, check their FB page. Must also mention what a nice touch it is that they serve complementary dishes to the table, especially the little zeppole-​like serving… excellent!

I am an absolute fan of all restaurants owned by this family. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted very warmly by the maitre dee. He acts like he is welcoming you into his home. Last night I got a really good deal. Groupon offered 1 appetizer, 1 pasta, 2 entrees and a bottle of wine for $ 60. It was a great deal with the usual impeccable service from Victor. Any dish you order here will be amazing. I always start with the salad with goat cheese. If you’re unsure, the specials are always great. I have ordered the fish specials and they taste like they were caught that day. A must try on Staten Island!

Went here with a group on. the group on was $ 60 for an appetizer, shared pasta, two entrees with a cheap bottle of wine. Then they hit you for a $ 30 gratuity and tax, $ 12 (which in fine print is included with the group on). Winded up spending over $ 100 so there was no point in getting the group on. And with the group on you can only go Sun to thursday would have been the same going on a friday or saturday without the group on. Would never return food is sub par.

Loved the place. Food, service, ambiance-​all great.
Will go back again.

this isnt an actual review but more of an FYI to those who may wind up reading this in the next few weeks — as of yesterday they are running a Groupon promotion dinner for 2 for $ 59 but value up to $ 167.80 which means 65% which is unheard of.
so of course doing my due diligence which i always so i checked out their online menu to see what i would need to order to reach the full value (or if i could get close enough with other choices that looked appealing)
here are the results:
1 antipasti up to $ 14.95, 1 pasta dish up to $ 22.95, 2 entrees up to $ 44.95 each & 1 bottle of wine up to $ 40
on the menu the highest priced items are antipasti $ 13.95(1 item), pasta $ 18.95, & entrée $ 27.95(2 veal & 1 sirloin item) – no wine menu
so the MAX you can spend (not factoring possible specials which may cost more & assuming they have $ 40 bottles of wine that you would actually like & that you like calamari & veal/​sirloin) is $ 128.85 which is almost $ 39 less than the actual max value
IF you like all the max choices & IF you can find a $ 40 bottle of wine that you actually like your true value is about 53% which is still pretty good but is under the assumptions above (again not counting specials which could make it a higher value than 53% assuming you LIKE the items on the specials menu)
considering this place has mostly vg reviews it makes me wonder if maybe it’s changed hands since places that usually try Groupon are either brand new & want to bring an influx of new customers or they’re going downhill/​losing business?(since it seems there are no shortage of good Ital rest on SI)
If the Groupon promotion is still running by the time you read this you can only get a table thru groupon & they’re only offering sun-​thur thru Feb 8

Decent prices, solid wine list. Great for lunch!

I’ve been to this Da Noi once prior. Its a great italian restaurant. They serve quality rustic italian fair. Also they have another restaurant mid island which I’ve been to plenty of times.
The restaurant is easy to find and has valet or easy street parking.
When walking in there is a cute small bar area where you can sit an relax while waiting for your table. To the left and back is the restaurant area. Its beautifully decorated with warm colors. They also have great art on the walls.
On this occasion I was here for a party. The food was stellar. Fried Calamari was tender, eggplant rollatini in a vodka sauce was delicious perfectly cooked. Hot fresh bread from the time we walked in.
We had a choice from two pastas one homemade spinach pinwheel with pink sauce or pomodoro. I picked the home made. I think it did lack a tad flavor and it was a little mushy but it was still very good.
For entrée I chose veal Marsala with their signature veg and dumplings just amazing. Veal was tender sauce was on point the best meal. Perfect! The mixed drinks were made excellent.
The wait staff was fun, easy going and very accommodating.
Im so excited to come back for dinner you must try this place!

I am in awe. This place has got to be the best Italian food here in Staten Island! They complemented everything we ordered with something extra. The gentleman at the bar even came to our table to give us complimentary dessert wine! I can’t even explain how good the food was. My toddler even behaved because the food was so exquisite! Definitely recommend!

I haven’t visited in a while but the food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. The food was authentic Italian, old school cuisine with fresh robust flavor that takes you to Italy — although, I’ve never been. The décor is perfect for a romantic date night. This is my number one Italian restaurant on my list thus far.

They make amazing drinks… chocolate martini’s are always on point. The food is always fresh and top notch authentic Italian food. The service is great as well each and every visit. They never disappoint. Its one of the best if not the beat Italian restaurant on Staten island.

Service was wonderful, I had only mentioned it was my father in law’s birthday while we were ordering drinks. Something to the likes of, «it’s your birthday, get whatever you want». And they brought out a nice piece of cheese cake, which was delicious and sang.
Chicken Sorrentino was fresh and on the bone. I also had a delicious buffalo mozzarella salad with mango, figs and strawberries.
Highly recommended, they have a place for parties too.

Everything was amazing. Everything.
Server was awesome and knowledgeable. Patient and quick.
House-​made seafood ravioli made me want to book a trip to Italy (Sicily??) and turn myself into Augustus Gloom.
Ambience was old school Italian. Great for a date, celebration, a hard days work, parents in town, etc. Anything!
THE BEST PART?! At the end of your meal, they bring you a complimentary plate of homemade (everything there is!) croquettes lightly dusted with powdered sugar. OH.MY.STARS. Literally one of the best things I’ve ever tasted.

My boyfriend and his family took me here on my first day in New York City ever (I know, I know, I’m late to the party).
The restaurant was packed and bustling, but our waiter was still particularly attentive and knew the menu inside and out. Every dish that came to the table was fantastic, the wine was great, I had the best peach martini of my life (twice!), and all around I was thrilled. Next time I’m in Staten Island, I’ll be looking forward to going here again.
