Spend too much time there trying to figure out a size for me! It took extra time especially with them having set sizes. I found some shirts after a while & trying on some more. The sales guy Billy was great! He spent a lot of time helping me find sized on colors and shirts I picked out. Also gave me great leads on deals that I didn’t know about! Saved me $ 75 on my purchase! Was very happy with sales help. Deals. And ended up buying more! Thanks billy!

Love mostly every item in Express but the frustration every time of waiting for an employee to assist in the dressing room is ridic! I don’t have keys to open up the doors myself… get it together. Not very customer servicey (yes I made that up).

I feel like this store always has the same items on display. Their men’s line is even more expensive than the women’s. They do tend to have sales often, which is usually a pretty good discount. Nothing really ever WOWs me in this store, but you can find some decent items. The staff can be a bit overbearing. I know they have to obey customer service regulations, but I don’t need to be asked 50 times if I need help.

Not really a warm welcoming place stuff it not always organized people always feel like hurried or rushed don’t really like shopping there in that kinda atmosphere…

All my business attire is from Express; they design the best fitted dress pants and button down shirts: very flattering and made of great quality fabrics. Hands down better fit than Gap (whose pants which make my ass look like a pumpkin). Just wish Express had better skirt choices :-)

This is Express is located in the Staten Island Mall. As far as Express this isn’t really that bad a store. It’s a pretty big store and back when I used to shop at Express I liked this store. But Express isn’t as good as it used to be. I used to come here for great quality blouses, sweaters and pants at good prices. For the last couple of years their quality has gone down significantly, at least for women. On the other hand I think their selection of men’s clothes has gotten better.
