I like the Gap in general. Their colored skinny jeans are great this season. I really like the red, so far! The staff is friendly here and will assist if you ask for help. I just wish it was a bigger store.

Well organized gap store… sadly they stack everything so freaken high up… There stuff are mostly stacked all over the high shelf you pretty much have to ask the staff to get it each time… which I think is kinda annoying… I like the sales they have which is easily located at the end of the store… the people that work there is nice and attentive… beside everything being stacked so high up there nothing really wrong with the store… well organized even on holidays… Easy to find items… and good service!

Absolutely horrible customer service and stock! Came twice in the last two weeks to find clothes for my toddler, it’s so hard to find sizes and no one is ever available to help you. The workers are too busy walking to each other, the cashiers take FOREVER! Why? Because they’re too busy chatting with the customers about nonsense, that’s why the line is almost out the door. 45 minutes today on time, the same lady was at the register for 20 minutes chatting away about her Christmas shopping, her nieces and nephews and just about everything else they can possible chat about! I’m all about being nice and polite, but no need to hold up an entire line because you want to be extra NICE, there are other customers that would like to leave. Absolute ridiculousness, especially the older Italian lady! This is your place of employment, not a social event.

I love this store! The first time I came in here was after another depressing trip to Victoria’s Secret searching for new bras. The sales representatives nicely greeted me as I entered and I asked If they had bras for women [more well endowed.] «They said of course!» And ever since I am hooked. At one point I answered survey questions online and mentioned that I love their bras and requested they widen the color range. and they did! I absolutely LOVE their lingerie.

*friendliness EVERY time I walk in
*new bra colors in my size are there every month or so.
*quality of their bras: nothing flimsy here
