Fancy Cleaners

For the most part very good, fair price and the workers are friendly. On occasion I have found thick black hairs on my shirts and deep folds from being pressed improperly. It’s happens 10% of them he time but, whatever. I’ll deal with it.

Fancy always takes care of my clothes with perfection. Very speedy return and prices not horrible but a tad higher then most other places but they are located in a predominantly middle to upperclass neighborhood. You do pay for what you get as they are very good. Whether it’s stains on your shirt from eating to spilling that morning coffee or late night rendezvous and don’t want the wife to see the lipstick pattern lol. Fancy has you covered. My go to spot for all dry cleaning and tailer needs.

Horrible! Unprofessional service! Had to go 5 times for minor alteration and to have dress steamed. After 2 visits bc the workers didn’t know how to pin the dress. A nice man who was easily understood re-​pinned the dress. Waited until the date they told me to pick up… dress not even touched. I call again and I’m told «I forgot to do it sorry. I’ll do it today and you can pick it up after 3:00». I go back to the store and the dress is altered. It fits and is halfway decent. I asked if it was steamed bc it was very wrinkled. I’m told it’s for a baby who will wear it for 5 mins so who cares. The dress is for my 7 year old communion and is paid for it to be wrinkle free. I’m told come back AGAIN tommorrow. I’m not confident that it will be done tomorrow. I will NEVER use them again.
