When we go there all the rides were closed off but when as we were playing the games it was taking the tokens also its not a lot of games there you can play and if u wanna play certain games you have to pay cash or trade in your tokens… i think they should really upgrade their arcade and also get better prizes… how is one tootsie roll 70 tickets 0.o. The place should be done over with better games and more rides

Decided to take the kids here today and it was THE WORST time ever. The games are a big rip off, taking your tokens and doesn’t work. When you go to get assistance they give you attitude. One worker his name was Arthur, very unprofessional. His attitude stunk, he was very snappy, didn’t want to assist at all and when one of the other workers was trying to help and accommodate me for their broken equipment Arthur told him not too. He literally screamed on him and would not help us. I will definitely NOT come back here. They need working games, better games, and professional workers. They are not even worth 1 star but I have to give it

There aren’t many options for fun kid play places in Staten Island. This is one of the select few places. It’s really pretty pricy. It’s pretty disorganized. The kids love it though because they just want to run around and play and spend lol. I think Chuck E Cheese’s is a better option.

Unbelievable how this place turned into a filthy dump when there’s 800 staff members walking around. Someone needs to save this place. It’s going to die soon. The worst part of my day was explaining to my kid why the machines weren’t giving out tickets and why the games they were trying to play were broken. Very sad

Very good place to take the little ones… They have video games and rides and batting cages, basketball cages and laser tag… Used to work here … Many year ago and it changed since I work here… They have new owners… The owner is very nice… You can come here for a party…

Worst place ever I went to my cousins birthday party at fun station. First they took us on 3 rides 3 times in a row and then they told me I was too old to ride. In lazer tag my gun was not working. I hurt my leg and I am in a cast now. There was an area were it was pitch black that is why I’m in a cast and my nose is all bruised. After lazer tag we had pizza and cake. The pizza tasted like cardbord and the cake was not enough cake and mine had a piece of hair in it. Lastly we got 10 tokins each and half of the games didn’t work so I gave my brother my tickets and that added up to 100 tickets but at the prize station it was all trash so we didnt even get a prize.

This place is a dump and a ripoff. Very disorganized, broken down and old rides. Laser tag equipment is from 1980. Place smells of cigarette smoke from employees smoking in the front office.

Gross and run down. If you run a business that specializes in kids, you should at least clean it. $ 500 in paint, $ 300 in cleaning supplies, and a $ 1000 in labor to fix this place up would bring in a ton of business. It is way too obvious the owner doesn’t care at all.

Funny how I just received an email via Unilocal from «Anthony» over a year after I wrote this review, asking me why I am bashing a family owned business and giving me his cell number to call. Stand 100% by my review. I have yet to be back and have heard the same from many other parents including the ones we were with that day.

Good idea, extremely poor execution. Run down games, broken down rides. The bathrooms are nasty, even the vending machines weren’t working. Apparently the place has been around for a really long time… it could certainly use a little sprucing up.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the kids seem to like it but the truth is, it’s too much crammed in too little space. The bumper cars should be in a larger area — it’s simply too small to be of any use really. The place also needs a good cleaning.

FUN STATION — Nice place to play some games, but thats it…
Lots of games, play elements for little ones and small indoor amusement rides. Also batting cages. The place is pretty large, plenty of parking (big plus!). But the two birthday parties we attended were not very interesting. Staff (high school girls) were not very attentive, obviously not trained in guest services /​customer service. Pizza was OK, but they had no more coffee for grown ups. Weird. Still, its a popular place and kids seem to like it.
