Sears had these guys come to install window AC units. The two guys arrives on time, if not early, and we’re able to complete the project quickly and efficiently (the guys we had were Carl and Joe). They were polite and mindful to clean up after they were done, and were able to give us some good advice about maintaining our AC units. We had a great experience overall and we’re very satisfied.

Was also recommended by Sears. Although the woman Mary was not very professional the installers were very very very nice and knowledgeable. They installed a dryer for me and actually pointed out a problem I had in my vent system that was overdue for cleaning. Thanks frank!!! You are an honest guy and didn’t try to lie and scheme me like the Roto Rooter installer initlally tried to. VERY TRUSTWORTHY HONEST PEO​PLE​.They​.DO NOT OVERCHARGE

This company was selected by Sears to install a stove for us. We paid for haul away service for our old stove. The installers saw the receipt for the haul away service and said they’d take it away. But, THEY LEFT THE OLD STOVE ON THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF OUR NEIGHBORS’ BUILDING. Further, they left the large box from the new stove in the middle of the street in front our our building, entirely blocking a lane of traffice. All this AFTER WE HAD GENEROUSLY TIPPED THEM. Really bad service. The one star is for actually installing the stove correctly.
