Very disappointed since I was a long time customer. Noticed a big decline in service over the past year. Last inspection in June I was failed and they removed my old inspection sticker so i couldn’t drive the car but a would not leave my car. I took my car to a trusted mechanic in my car club and he told me I failed since I installed a new battery and the computer needed to be reset after 100 miles of driving in which Jo Jos should of known. Also he said the they should of given you an 30 day extension which they didn’t. As such I needed to borrow a car for work. And drive my car over 4 weekends just to put mileage to reset the computer for passing inspection and risk getting a ticket(driving without an inspection sticker or extension). This year at jo jos has been a total nightmare for me as mentioned in this and my other post, never again.

Been coming here for most of my auto needs, since moving from Brooklyn4 years ago. They’ve always made the repairs and are service minded. They’ll let you hang around and wait for your car, which was never the case in bklyn. Also, they have huge widows looking into the repair bays, which gives the impression of transparency… also a no-no in most places. Just had a tire repaired in about 15 minutes… excellent experience. Keep up the professional work.

Came here around noon for a flat tire to be fixed. Wait was supposed to be 30 minutes, instead it was almost an hour and 30 minutes. I can’t really comment on their mechanical part of the business, but they are always busy. The prices are very high for the work they do but customers still show up. I’m assuming the work is done properly. I would only come here in an emergency.
