Kero’s Halal Food Cart

I love Kero’s. I go there at least once a week for lunch. Jessi is right: It is the cleanest vendor cart I’ve ever seen too. While I always get the chicken over rice, I wouldn’t hesitate to eat anything off his diverse menu. The chicken over rice is perfectly seasoned. I once requested extra veggies and he has always remembered that since, plus extra white sauce and one splash of hot sauce. There are always 2 – 5 people waiting for food, so the word is out about how good Kero’s is. Hurry, get in line.

Although I’ve never been one to rate a street vendor Kero’s Halal Food Cart has earned this review. The cart is located C/​O Page Avenue and Richmond Valley Road. If you are familiar with the South Shore side of Staten Island it’s Across from Jo Jo’s Auto Supply and Shop. You can’t miss it especially at night with all the flashing lights.
On to my review. It’s the cleanest vendor cart I have ever come across. If you don’t believe me take a look for yourself. Spotless. The food is great. Especially from someone who was always iffy about street meat but this is definitely good quick food.
Kero’s has a variety of food from such a small cart. Traditional dish Chicken and Lamb combination over rice and a salad, Falafel, Wings, Burgers, Hotdogs, Philly Cheesesteaks, Gyros and the list continues on. Never forget to add a little hot sauce and extra whites sauce to make any taste bud happy.
Kero’s gets two thumbs from me and after about 2 months of visiting this location. I can tell from the same frequent customers and spotless cart Kero’s keeps them coming back. Recommended for quick fixes, lunch, dinner, after party snack before coming home.
