I had the worst experience of my life when I went down into my finished basement to see that the hose from my washing machine had flooded it out. I panicked thinking about the damage that was already happening and the money I wasted when I had a ton of work done down there, not too long ago. Walls were soaked, rugs were saturated… the damage was extreme. I called my insurance company and they gave me the name of a big company. I was hesitant to use them and decided to stick with an independent company. This made all the difference in the world. From the minute he arrived, Joe was professional and courteous. He was very up front with the services he was able to provide and with the price for such. He let me know immediately that he would bill the insurance company up front, and all I would be responsible for would be my deductible. This was such a relief. He got right to work as soon as I authorized him to do so, with a crew of people much like himself — professional, courteous and knowledgable. They moved my furniture around, determined what was salvageable and what was not, and packed up my valuables. The work was completed quickly and was well done — he extracted the water, tore up wet carpet and padding, cut walls, removed molding and basically every single thing I needed done. Joe recommended a man named Steven to complete the work that he was unable to, and his work was also of the highest quality. I highly recommend Joe and I could;t be happier with my choice to use him over the big business that the insurance recommended.

I will keep it simple. Call Joe if you have a floor or water damage! Honest, reliable, thorough, and a great guy! He will assist through all steps in the process. I was lucky enough to pick him out of a phone book in a time of emergency and I couldn’t have been any happier (or luckier).
