Hiring an attorney is like going to the dentist: You don’t want to go, but it’s necessary. I had a problem with my tenant and when I first called Mr. Moccia, he was was very calm on the phone. He presented his experience and told me very calmly that I was looking at a long and possibly difficult challenge ahead. He didn’t sound like a salesman or guarantee victory, just a straightforward talk. That’s something I appreciate.

Hire Nick, you can thank me later. I hired Mr. Moccia for a Con Artist Criminal who Rented my house and was trying to extort me with habitalbility claims (wanted money wired to him). It was complicated and had me very upset. Nick calmed me down, answered all my questions, gave it to me straight forward, HANDLED IT, his prices were very reasonable, and he got the guy out quickly
