Don’t be fooled. Legends is truly legendary. The bartenders, Laura and Babs, are a riot. They will pour well and entertain you with their stories! We found this place on an adventure to Staten Island on Easter. We took the Staten Island ferry and had no clue where to go. Everywhere was closed with no idea where it would take us. So we landed at Legends, the pool table was missing a cue ball, the drinks were cheap and the mood was right. Don’t worry about the cat, the Mets uniform or the bear (so random) in the Unilocal pictures — this place is legit… and worth the trip from Manhattan!

You walk in and are greeted with the comforting smell of chlorine, just like when you were a kid staying in crappy motels for vacation. The only problem is beer and chlorine aren’t the best combination. Avoid unless you really need that beer. Also cash only, but there is an ATM inside.

Absolute disgusting drug infested bar. It’s a shame that this place is so gross because it is a nice size space. There is no food so it attracts people that have 4 bucks and a 50 bag and want to drink and do drugs. Definitely a bad choice.
