I dig their music choice. They’re styles seem elegant without being too showy. Nice spacious store too.

This is usually my go to Loft unless I order online or if I’m near the downtown Manhattan location. My closet is full of Loft clothing throughout the years for work and play. However last year I noticed their quality, sizes (bigger and frumpy) and style took a turn for the worst. Tonight as I waited about 20 mins to do a return, a lady on line said she noticed the same. She explained that another company bought them out. Well it’s obvious! I’m trying to find a new favorite store and haven’t given up hope yet that maybe they’ll realize their sales have gone down and bring back the great clothing!
As far as this location, it’s pretty large. The employees are okay. I would like if they helped more, were less strict with applying discounts and moved the lines along. However most Lofts don’t have many employees helping put together outfits so it’s not something I’ve come to expect from Loft.

Don’t go to this location if you need any assistance. I was just in the store for more than 30 minutes. I tried things on, browsed and on Christmas eve not a single staff person said a word to me. There were maybe two other customers in the store at the same time and neither of them were being helped either.
