I ordered a king size bed here last weekend and cannot say enough good things about my experience. Our salesperson was helpful but not pushy. We had to change the delivery date last minute and it was no problem. Macy’s called the day before delivery to give a 2 hour window for delivery. The morning of delivery we were called and told they would be there in 40 minutes which fell into delivery time. In 40 minutes, 3 delivery men came (with their shoes covered in plastic even though it wasn’t raining) and set up our bed. They gladly put the bed bug mattress and box spring coverings on even though I did not order through Macy’s but Bed Bath and Beyond. They even put my dust ruffle on. Later that day our original salesman called to see how the delivery went. I would highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about this store & their delivery service. Shopping for furniture is a pleasure here. The salespeople are pleasant & knowledgeable without being pushy. They work with you to find out what will work best for you.
After making the purchase, the next step is delivery. The day before your scheduled date Macy’s calls to give you a two hour window. The following day you receive a call about 10 – 20 minutes ahead of delivery. The truck pulls up, the men give you a cheerful greeting & bring in your furniture.
They set up your furniture exactly the way you want it & take all the wrappings with them when they leave.
I give 5 stars for Macy’s 5 Star delivery!

First off… the address listed on Unilocal is incorrect. I submitted the change. It should say: 98 Richmond HILL Rd.
We’ve made some important purchases here for our new house and received quality merchandise for an exceptional price. I recommend waiting for the sales. It’s more than worth it. Super nice and helpful staff. Huge showroom with very large selection.
The mattress and frame for our guest bedroom, living room sofa, loveseat and dining room set (for the young BOY children years) all purchased here without emptying the bank accnt! Once the kids are grown, we’ll upgrade and shop somewhere snootier. Or maybe we’ll just come back to Macy’s. I’ll let you know. In ten years.
