Not happy with this business. I bought a reclining couch here nearly 5 years ago, paid a lot of money for it, more than their competitors. The salesman at the store was good, and the quality of the couch seemed good. Thankfully I purchased a 5 year warranty with the couch. Now I’ve had family members who have had reclining couches that lasted for decades. This reclining couch, which is approaching 5 years ago, recently broke. The reclining handle/wire broke. This expensive couch didn’t even last 5 years. So I have a warranty, I call up to exercise it for repair. This happened in the beginning of this month. They only have 2 available days, for the ENTIREMONTH(back to back days, the 19th&20th) that they can come fix the couch, no flexibility at all. I schedule a day, they tell me it will be between 8am-5pm, no appointment even, so you have to waste your whole day for this. I told the person on the phone, EXACTLY what was wrong with couch, and what needed to be done/ordered for the repair. 2 weeks later, the day before my appointment, the warranty center calls me and notifies me that they cancelled my appointment, because they need to order the piece that’s needed to fix my couch(after I told them 2 weeks ago) and they will call me when it comes in to reschedule appointment. Awful warranty service, for a couch I paid a lot of money for that didn’t even last! It’s going to wind up going on a month atleast before this couch gets repaired!

My mattress is sinking and not only did they have someone come out and tell me that yes in fact it is, «Just not enough to care about it» I will never do business with them again.

Can I just sleep all day? Looking for comfert!!! Can’t wait to get a new mattress… didn’t get one yet but hopefully soon!!! Looking around and trying out all the beds. they do sell everything separate… lots of furnitures and mattress to choose from as well… They do promotions like twice a year… There is usually some sort of trial period and warranty… I like people who actually put an effort into talking to me… You should have received literature with with the staff before you purchase anything from them… Call the store and ask if any questions they will be happy to help! ordered online a dining set and chose this location to pick it up. went there and was told me that the table was missing. I wasted my time, my money, gas for no reason. Was not offered not even an apology. Will NEVER deal again with RF. Stay away. You have been warned

Had a really great experience buying my mattress here. The staff was very knowledgeable and even gave us a different option we hadn’t considered on a mattress. They were very competitive with other mattress dealers in the area and also gave us two free pillows and free delivery with two years payment options with zero interest. I had to delay the mattress delivery because our bedroom wasn’t ready, but they were ready to deliver it the very next day.

I had bought a living room set and a bedroom set from them. My dresser started to recolor and the knobs on the draws all came off i called them to tell them and they told me my dresser was discontinued. My mattress had ripped within the 5 years of having it and i paid good money it is supposed to last a lifetime! The only thing i Could say payed off was my living room set well mayb because i paid $ 9000 for it. My ottoman started to fade but they replaced that! It is a strong strong couch though i have 5 grandchildren and it is still in great condition i had it for a little over five years now. I really would not recommend them because they are very expensive. I should have walked out the day i bought all my furniture i regret that i didnt for the reason being i had spent over 15,000 and they wouldnt throw in lamps ! I wasnt thinking. Well atleast i am happy with my living room set but not my bedroom set !!

Went two times to R&F and the 1st time I was pleased. My husband purchased a pair of sofas and went back to change his order the same day because he wanted to get the sofas that I wanted. The manager not only changed his order without any issue but gave him a deeper discount which we were pleased with. This is where it went south, we went the 2nd time because of the exceptional customer service by the manager. We purchased a bedroom set to replace the one in our basement due to hurricane sandy. We were told that there would be a special discount for hurricane victims that were 1st responders. Come to find out that the sales man pulled a fast one on us and just gave us the normal 10% off the asking price that you would get by just negotiating. My husband asked his coworker how much he received on his furniture replacement and was told 20% plus free delivery. Our salesman got us! Never again will go to R&F of Staten island unless I am dealing with the manager.
