McDonald’s

This place is a no go not friendly at all long line and the stuff is so rude. I place my order and then they ask me can I help you and I don’t reply I already place my order ohh and they don’t give you your receipt back

Its very sloppy and appears dirty. I dont order from them anymore. Try the Macs on Richmond Ave and Arthur Kill Rd it’s usually spotless.

Is it really that hard to get an iced coffee light an sweet with cream & French vanilla!!! She forgot my frys which I had to pay more money an she was annoyed that I wasn’t fast enough to order an kept asking me if I was done yet, Um no I’m not I have kids that want cookies Ice cream nuggets frys soda an no I’ll tell you when I’m done– disgusting attitude an then they want to protest for more money when there customer service skills is total crap. Smh #Annoyed

Very very slow be prepared to wait online at least 15 minutes. Order a 20 piece nuggets they give u one sauce. Very cheap with condiments. Often I do get over cooked fries. Understaffed slow employees working take forever to take a order and if you bring multiple orders they take one order disappear to get the one order ready then take the next order and repeat the same process. Just take both orders at once.

I swear people who work at McDonald’s act like the sauce comes out of their wages… just throw five in the bag and chill!
Been here a few times just because… Mainly just somewhere to chill out after I’m done with my food shopping and charge my phone… Might as well get a sweet tea while Im here… The people here are somewhat rude and want you to order quick… i know it’s fast food but it doesn’t need to be rude and rushed… people always tend to think before they purchases anything…
There’s a good amount if seating… Luckily this place has more adults then kids… So when your here there’s no screaming or crying… Huge parking lot… One restroom…

Worst mcdonalds ever. Avoid at all costs. Extremely slow went there on a break from work which is one hour, waited patiently online for a good 37 minutes. There was only about 7 people in front of me. Total time that visit was 45 Minutes with my order. Another time I had multiple orders and instead of ringing me up the smart way. The woman ringing me up would take one order and get everything together and wait for it to be done. If I have 3 or 4 orders why waste everyone’s time. Like take every order and then gather everything. Every one that works there is just plain slow. It’s call fast food if I wanted to wait that long I sit at a nice expensive place to eat.

I don’t always eat McDonald’s, but when i do it won’t be here again.
I waited in line for about 5 – 7 minutes before the women took my order. By the time she got to me, there was a line out the door and there was more then one cashier.
Yet again it took about 5 minutes for my order to be served, and it was just a simple breakfast item. Talk about fast service for fast food (sarcasm).
The breakfast sandwich was ok, nothing special to brag about, after all it is McDonald’s. I did notice the game piece was ripped off my wrapper. Smh.
The franchise is located in a shopping center which Should mean a busy location, but wasn’t staffed properly.
The store was small compared to other McDonald’s and it was semi clean. Staff was not friendly and very slow. If you hate your job then quit.
I wouldn’t come here again unless i was starving to death. Needs major improvements before i come back.
