Horrible customer service. Walk in office refuses to see patients 1.5 hrs before closing time, even though office was notified that patient will arrive soon.

Awful place. Wait time is not that bad, but when you’re with the doctor, you start feel sorry for your wasted time. My PCP is Dr Kramsky, but there is no way to see her instead of some other doctors. You call, you try to make an appointment, you go there just to learn that dr is some place else and he’ll be two hours late. Im over 80 y o, the weather in February is so awesome, id love to spend all day going back and forth to that place. Finally I made it to some doctor named Michael, seems people disregarded my requests for dr Kramsky. Anyway, I was recovering after serious illness and this was my follow up after hospital. It was very serious, my heart stopped beating, was on artificial lung. Didn’t even look at me, after my question if i need to keep taking meds from the hospital, answer was: You can take them if you want. Wow, thats awesome advice. Put stethoscope on my chest for like two seconds, said lungs are clear. All this blood drained from my lung in a hospital plus inability to take deep breath are just a dream then. Ive had hypertension, for like 20 years already, asked to be prescribed something to control it, answer was: No, your BP is good now. Great, have to come again than, when its high enough. Problem is when its high, I’m passing out, so i need meds to walk and function. Why such a big deal to prescribe some pain killers? Im old, Im in pain all the time. Why you need to know the reason of the pain to prescribe something to ease it. Ill give you a reason: I’M OLD. I saw Stalin alive, Im that old. Don’t know where those people got their licenses, but med school should burn itself because of shame. This office is garbage, don’t waste your time to go there. 9:00 next morning my PCP was changed to a nice lady in Brooklyn

The only reason I keep coming back is because of my primary internist, Tamara Kramskiy. She is the only one who truly cares for my welfare there. The blonde medical assistant makes no effort to hide her extreme prejudice against certain groups of people. I tried to give her the benefit of the the doubt, but her non-verbal body language consistently communicates something more than aloofness. I prefer the dark-haired one. I agree with previous reviews that they are kinder to Russians and Eastern Europeans. I love my primary doctor, and I like the fact that it is a walk-in clinic, with relatively short waiting times, but it may be time for me to switch.

If you are a Russian patient, this is the doctor for you. Otherwise, stay home or expect to wait an obscenely long time. I went in for a sore throat, cough, fever, etc. There was only one patient when I arrived, yet they took in that patient and the four Russians who arrived after me. I am writing this from their waiting room where I’ve been for over an hour now. I am looking for a new doctor after today. I did not appreciate this experience.
