On the Go Mobile Wash

It must be common practice to park their truck on pedestrian sidewalks. It’s Friday car washes on Watchague Rd and Livermore. And let’s not forget the comforting hum of the generators and vacuums for hours at a time either.

Great car wash they did a great job on my car. The workers were understanding and very nice. They made my car look brand new. Steamed the carpets got every stain out. i use them weekly bow and I’m happy with every wash

I called in for their service on April 2014. I had them washed 3 cars for me; BMW X5, Acura TL, and a Toyota Camry. They did an ok job but I wished they would have paid more attention to details; The guys were very polite but I think they could have done a better job and worked more as a mobile car wash should — the electric in my one family house blew because they had their machine plugged into my electric outlet in my backyard.
With my x5, not all windows were cleaned and all 4 of my rims were left with black dust and dirt. Before the guy left, he told me the spray that he applied would clean it all up and leave it shiny. Well, a day later, it still looks the same and the wheels are not shined. But i must say, they were able to remove the tar and dirt in my carpet. It was the fist time using these guys and i didn’t want them washing my leather so i told them not to. I was charged $ 150.
My TL was left without cleaned mirrors and they forgot to clean my trunk. I didn’t notice til hour later when i was taking the car out. I ended up going to the gas station to vacuum and Windex my mirrors. My wheels were also left dull, no shine. I guess the spray they were using was not effective. I was charged $ 100 for that one.
The Camry had basic exterior wash and vacuum. I didn’t care too much for that one. I was charged $ 20.
Overall, I blame myself for not thoroughly inspecting the cars before they left. The spent 3+ hours working on the vehicles and I ended up paying them $ 300 which included a $ 30 tip. They offered to come back in a few days and clean up what they overlooked but I told them not to. I took care of everything else on my own.

I called these guys in March to detail a 2004 Volvo I bought. They spent 5 hours on the interior (leather) and exterior and did a great job. They also did an interior/​exterior cleaning on my other car. They showed up on time and prices are very reasonable.
