A 20 minute wait for you to re-​stock the ONE breakfast item on your menu? At 9:30 on a Saturday morning? Really? Poor planning or poor management? I’m not sure, since you had a full staff — I counted at least 4 or 5.

Dear panera, I love your soups dearly, especially the broccoli and cheese. But for the love of bread you need to step your sandwich game up. I’m tiered of doing this half a soup/​sandwich and half of it being compete trash. All this beautiful bread and soup and yet you guys sell crap sandwiches

I come here pretty often for a healthy alternative instead of all the fast food everywhere. The place inside is pretty nice. The staff is nice besides for the one lady who cleans the dishes, she kept rolling her eyes at the customers. I typically order the Pick 2 with Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich and the Chicken Caesar. I’m pretty picky with my food so I always have to have it a certain way. They’re very precise with my order and never get it wrong. The side bread is good too. I once ordered a strawberry smoothie thinking it’d be pretty nice. It really wasn’t that good. I paid like $ 4.59 for it too. Maybe the mango is better. The food including the smoothie comes out to around $ 15 dollars. It’s pretty decent considering its healthy and fills you up. I would definitely recommend to those nearby who want a healthy alternative.

I wanted a good quality Italian bread. Crispy crust. I made sure it was not raining or humidity high (which affects the crust on bread goods). I got the baguette plain. They don’t let u squeeze the bread through the wrapper. They lie its crisp. Who wants chewy bread with a thick dense center? Do ppl really eat this

Major improvement on chicken noodle soup. Daughter convinced me to return with her and soup was more generous with ingredients. Went back three times and each visit was a good experience. Very clean, too!

They never have the bread you want (asiago foaccia) Panera Bread and No bread they always take order wrong don’t matter how many times you tell the cashier is always wrong. After is served and you realized is wrong they fixed but they should be more careful.

This is one of those few places that I’ve never had a problem with. I come here probably a few times a month and my food is always ready quick and I never had an issue. You can even order online and run in and grab the bag of food off the «pick up shelf». Very convenient.

When I’m looking for something healthy and fairly quick this chain is the best bet always. I’ve been coming here for years and still get exciting when I enter. The bakery is incredible. I feel like I just want to have bagels and cake for lunch or dinner. (But I don’t, I either take home or have it was desert).
Fantastic healthy breakfast choices, amazing salads of all kinds, great sandwiches with the best bread ever, every soup is fantastic whether it’s in a bread bowl (omg!) or in a bowl bowl. I’ve even had their lobster roll which was very good and priced fairly.
If you apply for that Panera card swipey thing you even get rewarded with a complimentary pastry depending upon your frequency.
Forget bagels from a babe bakery. Buy your bagels here. They are killers!
Last but not least– fantastic coffee.
I search out Panera even when I’m traveling in the U.S. Love love the the place!

Food is fresh and good. Your food is delivered quickly so quickly in fact you may not even get from the cashier to the table without getting your name called. LOVE the Broccoli Cheese Soup Bread Bowl. I know it is a chain but it is Good «fast food» if that is what you can call it.

I’m definitely a fan of Panera in general. However, at this location the service can be very slow. I come here for the Cobb salad. I ask for the BBQ ranch dressing and feta cheese instead of the cheese and dressing it comes with. It’s large and tasty. The green tea is also good. I liked the sierra turkey sandwich till I actually looked at the number of calories. Their chicken noodle soup is not that great. However the broccoli is good!

For a place that is always packed, I have never walked out completely satisfied. The portions are tiny and keep getting smaller. The sandwiches are always thrown together and sloppy, and to get a seat you generally have to hover over some one to insure that you will eat sitting down. If you order soup, DO NOT order the bread bowl. Without telling you the serving goes from 12oz to 8oz and the price goes up. This is a glorified, overpriced fast food chain.

Great friendly staff and managers! Food is always consistent and the place is always clean considering how busy it gets. I take my kids here because the quality of the food, with the organic yogurt and apple juice. I know my kids are getting quality nutrients and not garbage that you cannot pronounce.

I love this place. I could eat here every day. All their foods are good. I’d say this is especially a great lunch place. They have a pick 2 menu so you can do half and half of anything. Their lemonade is so good. Their bread is delish. Their baked good are so yummy. Also, be sure to sign up for their free rewards card. Sometimes I get discounts offers using the rewards card!

Standard Panera fare. It’s cleaned often and you get to serve your own beverages.
The draw here is that they have tons of seating. Many people come to play board games with friends, to work on their computers or to have committee meetings.

I always get my faves: mac n cheese, frontega chicken sandwich, spinach power salad with an iced green tea!
They have a free member card that gives you freebies when you spend money so make sure to sign up for it!
Best dessert is a chocolate chipper cookie!

Been here once and my first time nice clean place but the sandwiches are super super small. Even thought the portions not that big the bread is so soft and yumm!
