Foods great, but I call to order and they refuse to take my card because of my address.

Gotta say not at all pleased with this place lately. They should call their wings niblets because they are so freakin tiny. Seriously, how can you call what they serve Wings when some of them are half the size of my thumb?

Every so often I crave a Planet wings salad. I know it sounds strange but the make the best salads and you can split a salad with two people. My favorite is the chicken BLT salad without croutons but I feel like splurging I order the Taco salad. They also have great boneless chicken wings, burgers, gyros, cookies, fries etc. Its a good place for kids to go pick up delivery or to stop in to get a quick bite to eat.

Went in today for first time in long time. I had not been there for a while because I felt wings were too small and started liking the ones at Papa johns. So anyhow I decided to get Italian cheese steak which I don’t remember being on the menu. The actual meat was barely there. More than a few bites come up with just lettuce. The mozzarella was not shredded but sliced and also kind of elusive. The plenty of lettuce in fact too much so as to over power the lacking ingredients. I had to remove some. The tomatoes were chopped. It was an ok sandwich but I won’t have it again. I should have got some wings.

I’ve never been disappointed at Planet Wings and I’ve been to all locations on Staten Island. It’s my favorite chain restaurant in New York. I’m from Maryland, and make it a point to come here every time I visit the city. It’s great. It’s affordable, the food is good, And the guys are always nice. Also, you can make any item a meal(fries and a drink) for 1.99. It’s perfect. Also, it never takes long, so ordering for take out is a nice option if you have other things on your agenda that evening. We love Planet Wings, and will always stop by when we’re in SI.

I order from here almost every other day at work. Seriously everything is delicious! I crave their salads and wraps. Never had the wings but the grilled chicken they use for the salads(with southwestern ranch!) and wraps is so tasty! And ordering online is so easy. Give them a try for sure.

Came here around 1:30 to pick up wings for today’s AFC/NFC championship games. The parking lot is tiny and weird. Service was polite and our order was ready in less than 10 minutes. They accepted the coupon I got in that blue envelope of coupons that shows up in my mailbox every few weeks with no problems(I read some reviews that one of the Forest Ave locations refuses to honor the coupon). The wings are on the smaller side, but they were very well-sauced and very tasty. We had honey BBQ, which isn’t spicy, and the Leapin’ Lizard, which is a 2-pepper spicy level. At first, you don’t think it’s that spicy. But after a few wings, it catches up to you. They have some deals for the Superbowl, so I think we’ll definitely come back.

Two stars based solely on delivery. It has taken well over an hour and a half most times. Only one time out of seven have they delivered under a hour and a half and I’m not driving to that mess of a parking lot. One star for anything they serve besides wings. I’ve tried almost everything and it is very bland. Four stars for the wings. I personally like smaller crispy wings and the leap’n lizard is very good.

Came here a few times because my Godson liked the wings but now even a 10 year old said the place has gone down the tubes. One thing that they always do the same is the bad attitude. Looks like a bunch of kids hanging out behind the counter and your upsetting them by getting some food.

Eh. It’s nice that I can order online and the food came pretty fast. I’m just not crazy about the food. The wings are very small and were very dry, although the sauce was good. The curly fries with cheese tastes super salty. Not the first place I would go again for wing cravings.

Let me begin by saying * the attitude from top to bottom is terrible * What happened to being courteous to your customers? Placed an order for super bowl sunday for a pickup * apparently cause they are doing us a favor in serving their medicore wings at best * I received just 50 wings… no bleu cheese no celery NOTHING!!! Management take note * THE reviews all have the same compliant.

Worst wing joint ever. It smelled like Clorox in there, not exactly appetizing.

If you really want a decent set of wings, skip this place. The chicken is not very tender or juicy. The chicken is not tossed well in the sauce, in fact, I think they just ladle it on top. I left less than impressed.

I had completely forgotten I had eaten here. That alone should be enough of a review, but I’ll go on because I have a bone to pick. Bone. Heh. Firstly, CLEANYOURTABLESMAN. Every single table was covered in wing goop. Had they been packed I might have understood. But it was me and three of my friends and a wait staff of four, who upon our entry were standing around twiddling their thumbs. Secondly, COULDYOUPEOPLESMILE? A LITTLE. I don’t expect above and beyond service in a ramshackle joint like this, but geeze people, could you at least smirk. Just for a second. Thirdly, BORING Upon hearing the name PLANETWINGS one would expect, you know, something colossally amazing. Epic, even. Sadly, this is not the case. Despite all the flavors available(of which I tried four), I left there yearning for Quaker Steak and Lube wings, but driving to Pennsylvania was not on the agenda for the day. Lastly, CONGRATSFORBUILDINGTHEMOSTCONVOLUTEDPARKINGLOTONTHEEASTERNSEABOARD What architect designed that debacle? I drive by this place. Daily. On my way home. After a long, hard day. And inevitably, someone sporting the Gotti-do is trying to maneuver his Daddy’s BMW into that FUBAR parking lot. Unsuccessfully, I might add. Tying up traffic in the process. And making me very angry. But I digress. Parking lot aside. The wings are mediocre at best and the service sorta sucks.

I love their wings perfectly crispy with an enormous amounts of Choices for sauces. I always go for buffalo which is buttery not too spicy and not too watery. The hamburgers are deliciously char-broiled.
