I have ordered from here more than 10 times over the last couple of years. The food is always delicious. We have tried many dishes, including their varieties of parm and francese. Their vodka pasta is delicious — but I would request extra sauce because sometimes it’s a little too dry. Their grandma pizza is the best!

Message to management: you should get staff who pick up phones on a Sunday on time during the posted hours you’re open, 11am. This is how you lose business at your South Shore Veterans Road location. I called, no one picked up. Ciro’s has the business now.

The food at pronto is pretty good. But the reason I had to give them only 3 stars is because my order has been messed up multiple times. The first time I thought it was a accident but it has happened about 5 times and today was the last straw for me. There is definitely a big miscommunication with either the person taking the order or the chef. I had ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich today and they forgot the cheese and to top it off it was the most messy prepared sandwich that I ever ordered. They crammed the chicken and all the toppings in completely side ways. Which completely took the enjoyment out of even eating it.

This place is horrible. I walk in and they are busy but there are 5 workers including a manager working. I ask about a slice. The guy answers my question. He doesn’t engage or offer to take an order. So I am standing there and they all see me and still no one asks to take my order. A man walks up next to me and orders his pizza with no problems. I got angry and said«this is ridiculous» and walked out. The man was like«no go ahead» and I was like«no they don’t want my business I am not spending my money here. The manager did not even bother to stop me and apologize. I come to this area twice a week. I will never come back here again! I went to Panera bread and spent even more money there on this trip! Buyer beware. Pronto Pizza is terrible! I’m more mad at the fact that I hadn’t had pizza in 4 months and was in the mood for a slice. Here I am in NY and I get treated like this so I walked out and went to Panera and ate healthy as I usually do.

Ya really can’t go wrong in this, there are so many specialty slices that even the pickiest eater would be alright. Big fan of the philly cheese slice and the vodka slice.

I love their pan pizza(not their regular slices), especially the vodka pan slice and buffalo slice. As far as their actually food it’s not great. Their chicken cutlets are a little too thick for my liking. I like a nice thin chicken cutlet. I also got the Caesar salad with my entrée and I can’t even eat it… they put WAYYYY too much dressing on it u can’t even eat it. Taste like pure slop. I’ve also had their Italian salad and the mozzarella in the salad taste like rubber… it’s the farthest thing from fresh mozzarella, I don’t think they even serve that type of mozzarella to people in prison that’s how despicable it is. Their bread they give you on the side is pretty terrible too. Airy no texture usually tastes a few days old. You can tell real Italians do not own these restaurants based on their quality of ingredients in their food. Again pan slices great… everything else not so much.

Sitting here receiving a rice ball that was made yesterday the thing was ice cold as I’m telling the manager someone is complaining that their pizza is ice cold it seems that they just opened up and are serving yesterday’s food

Walking up to it, it looks kinda goofy, like a pizza place in a cartoon(Jimmy Pesto’s, Bob’s Burgers) but it made it sorta fun. I want to give about 3.5 but I’ll be generous because the servers were very nice, and the place was very clean, and the bathroom was fun. You’re not getting the most authentic Italian pizza here, but the food is pretty good, more like a deep dish California Pizza Kitchen vibe, with things like BBQ chicken, Buffalo Chicken, Philly Cheese Steak. I have yet to order from here, and that is a big factor, but I will update when I do. For 2 big eaters to have lunch and be super full for under 20 bucks, I’m happy. UPDATE: Ordered from here last night and the order came without issue and it really was pretty fast.

Last 2 delivery orders food was cold. Barely any cheese on pizza. Garlic knots are garlic pebbles. Breaded chicken on pizza like yesterday’s leftover.2 liter diet coke was fantastic.

Recently I stopped by to order a wrap with grilled chicken. I paid over $ 9 for it and the chicken inside wasn’t even real… I’m talking about that fake, rubbery, spongey, processed meat in the shape of chicken… Is it really that hard or that much more money to make real fresh grilled chicken? I guess it is… It was so gross I had to pick the chicken out. What a waste of money.

Only ordered regular pies with toppings. Always an excellent pie, timely delivery, friendly staff. Although it has that franchise feel, I am confident ordering from there.

Walking into this pizza spot I had extremely low expectations. It comes off more like a franchised pizza spot than an authentic pizzeria, but I was in a hurry and I needed a bite. They do deep dish here amongst other menu items. The star of the show went to the deep dish slice with a hint of mozzarella and the tomato sauce on top! The buttery crust, the thick yet ever so fluffy crust. That slice was 4 stars. What ruined the experience was when I went on to slice 2. I had the eggplant, tomato with drizzled balsamic slice and this was a tad bit stale, lacked the flavor as the former slice and wasn’t that enjoyable at all. They had some crazy pizza concoctions from chicken marsala pie to a philly cheesesteak pie and everything in between. 2 slices and a bottle of coke for $ 8 and change is a-ok by me. Definitely a solid spot for a casual, quick and inexpensive meal.

We own a business a few minutes away and we order from here all the time. We also recommend Pronto to our customers when they want to order in while at our place. The pizza always arrives fresh and hot and delicious. It also arrives quickly which is always appreciated since we forget to order until we are super hungry! Staff is very nice as well.

I’m not going to lie, I actually really enjoy their pizza. I get my pizza to go and they have a good variety of pies to choose from. Their fresh pie(or Bruschetta pie or fresco pie? I don’t remember the name of it but it’s got a tomatoes and red onions and chiffanade basel on top) and their philly cheese steak pan pizza is delish. I also quite enjoy their plain slice and sicilian slice. Prices are fairly reasonable and never had a problem w/the staff. The interior is also very nice and clean

They’re obviously doing something right if they have 5 Pronto Pizzas’. Homestyle food, great specialty slices, wonderful service.

Pronto Pizza is an excellent Pizzeria. Large seating area, duel ovens, multiple displays of deep dish pizza as well as the classic round and grandma slices. They have every roll imaginable and prices aren’t steep $ 3.50 a specialty slice. Reason for 4 stars is my girl friend is a Vegan food eater and could use a few more options to help there taste buds
