I go there for more then 7 years the service is great very trusting people know what they doing never had any issues or complain. very reasonable prices and I will keep going there as long as I have a car

These people are a rip off. Don’t trust them. I went here for oil changes a few times and I would notice that my car would be out of oil in a few wks, way before the nxt oil change would be due. I went for an inspection (the owner did the inspection and was very nice) and was told by the owner that my car needed new brakes in order for it to pass inspection. The owner told me that new brakes was all I needed to pass the inspection. The estimated price was $ 369 for the brakes, labor and inspection. I took my car home and had a family friend put new brakes on. I went back for the inspection a week later and they failed my car. I inquired why being that I made sure to repair what they said was wrong with the car and was simply told this is what they found now. They charged me $ 10 for the failed inspection. I asked why I was being charged and they said that the state charges the $ 10. The «new» repair will now cost me $ 169 plus the cost of the inspection. These people are no good. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Very unprofessional! Over-​charged for oil change for a Toyota Sienna. It cost me $ 105 for a regular oil change. And my tire when all flat out only after couple hours when they fixed it. Stay away from them!

Bad Business STAY FAR FAR AWAY… Long story short i went to quick lube to replace a clutch in my 98 jeep wrangler. i had already purchased the cluch before going to them. the «manager”/“Owner» Andrew said «sure no problem thats the right part should take me a day or so». well two weeks later my clutch was not installed and my car was a wreck inside. last day of the two weeks i went to him and said tell me what part you need and I will get it since you cant seem to! well he sent me to three stores back and forth each time telling me it was not the part. i ended up having the car towed off his lot … I called him later that day and asked for my money back (i had to pay or not get my car back!) He said «i am not the owner you need to talk to him» (When we had the issue in the first place he told me he was the owner! Never got to talk with the real owner whoever he is. Took Rico suave to court and won more money they i even paid him because smarty removed my 4×4 rod and lost it and the whole clutch had to be put back in again correctly… not to mention my drive shaft was loosened and fell out after he touched it! COMPLETE A@@ HOLE! STAY FAR AWAY. I will be taking this review to quick lubes corp office!

These people are a bunch of idiots! I had a car inspection done today and instead of ripping off the inspection sticker, they ripped off the registration sticker! I keep asking myself — why? How can one mistake the inspection sticker with the registration sticker? They told me that the position of the inspection sticker was in a difficult position so they accidentally ripped the registration sticker also. What a bunch of crap! The inspection sticker was peeling off because the windshield was just changed a few weeks ago. They asked that I take the car back to see what they can do with it. I told them absolutely nothing!!! I have to go back to the DMV to have a new registration sticker made. Its only $ 3 but that’s not the point! Its the time and effort I have to put in because of their stupid mistake! I will NEVER go back there again! I don’t care if they are the LAST car shop in the whole world!
