The only good thing about this store is the ability to get a phone and sometimes you do have helpful employees who reLly work with you on a deal. Otherwise this store is horrible for repairs and problems. Every time I come here with a problem I leave with no solution. One time I had some water damGe and felt like I was practically reprimanded for letting that happen. Seriously though?!

Tried to return a charger with a receipt. What a project. Never again. Staff is nice, yet not familiar with their return procedure. And it took over ½ hour for 3 people to figure it out. Like how hard is it?
