T-Mobile

I came to this store on nov 18 and purchased the v10 because of the promotion where you would get an extra battery and 200 gig card. That’s what the sales girl said to me. She said the promotion would go on until the end of the month. I go into the link she sent me and bam the promotion was only from oct 15 to Dec 15. So she either lied or didn’t know what the !$#@ is going on and is just there for the paycheck. I call t-​mobile and they said try fixing this problem there. So I drive there and I get Another sales girl because mine wasn’t there. What a smug !#$@ she was, I can only give you a 30 dollar credit. Is this how they make sales now. I’ve been loyal for years now and that’s it. I called t-​mobile and they said buy a battery and we will reimburse you. What about the card? We can only cover up to a 64 gig card. Fine whatever you all suck, if I did business how they do it, I’d either be fined or closed down. Don’t come here they don’t know what they are talking about or just plain lying. I will be leaving this company as soon as I can.
