This is a busy location the staff has to be on there toes at all times and they most definitely are! Fast friendly and just an all around great experience

My two friends and I walked in at 10:15 on a Thursday night. We were sitting down, talking and enjoying our coffees, when one of the workers came over, held the door open and told us we had to leave. It was 10:31 on the dot. We had to stand outside in the cold to finish our drinks. Did I mention it was raining? I understand that they close at 10:30, but I don’t understand why they could not just lock the door so that new customers could not come in. As we stood outside, they employees were inside cleaning the bar area and they were not even leaving. I was very annoying that we were not allowed to spend an extra five minutes sitting inside where it was dry and heated. Very bad choice. Will not be coming back. By the way, I knocked on the window to get the employees attention, pointed to my empty cup and left it on the ground right outside of the door. The employee proceeded to scold me but I walked away. He can pick it up himself and shove it up his ass.

I’m shocked there is negative reviews about this store. Everyone is always so pleasant. Store is always so clean, and my drink is always made perfect. Best Starbucks on the island hands down!

Aside from their long and narrow layout, which can make it awkward to move past other people, I like their coffee, their staff, and their hours.

The amount of flies flying in my face since I have sat down with my laptop to get some work done has to be on par with what the Hebrews experienced in The Plague of Flies in the Bible. Get it together– flies, coffee, food and me trying to get work done do NOT mix.

Very home-ly feeling and relaxing however it is sort of dirty compared to most Starbucks. Besides that everything here is standard to a Starbucks joint in any place, just don’t get why it exists when there is one in the mall. Besides that, watch out for S.I. tweens…

I’m a Starbucks addict. This is my favorite Starbucks location on Staten Island. The coffee sells itself. They have the best baristas here. In the 5+ years I’ve been a customer, I don’t have a single complaint about these guys here. Thanks for everything!

This Starbucks is in a prime location right off of Richmond Ave and surrounded by strip malls. Parking is ample but may very well not be available depending on what time you go. Sunday, late afternoon, the place was packed. The interior is decent enough to grab a coffee and go but there is limited seating for those who wish to stay a bit longer and browse the net or catch up over a beverage. My order, a venti red eye, was made well and service was prompt. Minus 2 stars for the dungeon of a bathroom. With only one unisex facility available, it’s a no-brainer that it probably should be cleaned more than once a day! Ew. Minus 1 star for the harsh fluorescent lighting at the front of the store. The searing white light makes it quite difficult to stay for a long period of time without wearing sunglasses.

The foods they offer are pretty good, but those are pre-packaged so no wonder. The drinks are made okay, but be prepared when you ask for decaf, 90% of the time you will get a regular drink. This is really annoying when you are sensitive to caffeine, which I explained but they must not care at all. Its also very crowded most days. So there will be a line and no seats available if you plan to stay.

This is the best sbx location on Staten island. Quick, friendly and precise. The manager Jon, always has my order done quickly, and the baristas know their stuff.

I’ve never sat at a table here so my experience is strictly about the baristas. I think the service here is the best out of the locations I’ve been to on the island. The line goes fast and the service is great. I find the baristas accommodating and friendly.

Not a coffee person but I am a Starbucks person… I always go to Starbucks when I want something sweet to drink… It’s like my go to place and who doesn’t like the smell of star bucks… Starbucks is located everywhere in New York City just like dunk in donuts… I came here the first time during the holidays just because… I came here at ten am which is early… right … I asked for a green tea frap and while they were trying to gather all the material to make a frap I saw the guy that took my order paused for a good two min… then he came over to me and said there is no more whip cream… can you have the frap without whip cream… what the hell is this … How can your run out of whip cream… Starbucks is like known for there creamy drinks… how can you even run out of wipe cream at ten am… I feel like that’s impossible… really disappointed first time coming here and not even get to order my drink successfully… maybe next time! There is however lots of parking and great seating… and even though they were lacking material to make a beverage… the staff was pretty friendly and nice… about four/five people working at the register… and there is a bathroom!

They are amazing and even made me a special macchiato with raspberry. Ask for a hazelnut macchiato skinny with 2 pumps of raspberry in the milk ! So good

Pretty good La Boulange Tomato and Cheese Pastry square(which I had not seen anywhere in Western PA and trust me, if they were here, I probably would have seen them since I am always hitting up different Sbux)… It truly made me bummed that they do not have them here. I would have given this location 5 stars just for the amazingness that was the great pastry square, however, my Skinny Caramel Macchiato tasted a little off and the location was a little filthy with poorly operating Wi-Fi. They had a lot of people working, but nobody working on keeping the patron area tidy/clean. This is something that I always look at when I go anywhere for food or beverages. The staff was nice, just seemingly lazy. And Sbux Corporate– if you are reading this, please bring the La Boulange to PITTSBURGHPA :)

A regular Starbucks. BUTTHELOCATIONBLOWS. Hard to get to– you can see it — but getting there is very complicated, and getting out of there is also complicated. ANNOYING. The staff is nice though.

I like the table spaces in the front and back of this location. Many a time I got a venti something or other and took up residence at this location with a paper or two. Never had an issue with the staff. I do wish there was an easier way to get into this location other than coming from the mall, but I suspect Starbucks has no say in this matter.

Only TWO outlets in the back. And if people are sitting there. You have to wait for them to leave. Not really study friendly when you have a dying laptop. Go to Bradley Ave. there are outlets all over.
