Venice Jewelers of Staten Island

I went to venice after recieving a excellent recomendation. I met the owner, dont remember her name. She was friendly and personable. I guess i gave her to much info about when and how i was going to propose to my fiancé. I went to pick up the ring and i had given a deposit. The price on the ring had gone up without my knowledge. when i asked her about it she insisted we had discussed the price difference over the phone. That never happened. She knew i was getting on a plane the next day and proposing. She became very confrontational, loud, and said take it or leave it. I had no choice but to take it. She pulled a move on me even after i went there with someone that does a lot business with her. The diamonds are amazing and i still didnt get them apraised i hope they are what she says they are. also the ring itself looked like it was beat with a chisel. dents and bumps in the side of the ring. I would have definately have not taken that ring if i would have planned it without such a time constraint. I also found out that a friend went through soemething similar there. Nothing honest about this place and no respect for customers.
