Me and a friend were customers for over a year. They do not speak English well and my friend was always complaining they did a bad job. They also advertise on the door they take American Express and when it is time to pay they will state they don’t take American Express only Visa or Mastercard or lie and say the card doesn’t work, until only last time we got them to use it because we said it was all we had on us and had to insist sign on the door says it and the card she pretended to swipe then magically worked. One time my friend bought me a gift certificate the same day she knew I was going and they refused me saying it was too late because they assumed I was using the gift certificate that I hadn’t received yet and not paying with cash. I went across the street and another establishment gladly took my business. I was there over the weekend to get my acrylic and gel removed that I thought should be professionally done to not break my nails. While I was there I also got a pedicure and my friend got a manicure. It took 2 hours and they told me it took extra long because 2 polishes and would last 2 weeks. They were all in a car waiting for me to leave even though my nails were running and not dry. So during my professionally removed nails the machine cut my skin on 2 nails and was severely burning all of them so I was in pain the whole time. I was told this was from her making them too thin. I left in pain. By the next day my real nails started breaking. 3 of my nails broke completely in half and I am in so much pain that I decided to go back to have them fixed. I called this am to explain I needed fixed and she said to come at a time other than what is on the card than the time they advertise they close. I explained what happened because if she was going to charge me I would do it myself being that I paid an extra $ 5 to have these nails professionally broken and $ 7 for the manicure that’s ruined. When I arrived the owner stated she would do it but«she would charge me and I would pay» and I said I already paid and have the receipt and am not paying again. They spoke in their language about me and other customers laughed because of the uncomfortable scene she created. She also told me not to come there to soak my nails ever again. I never went there to soak my nails to start with because I can do that myself and I told her it didn’t take off the kind of nails I had when she had put my nails in the chemicals originally. I sat down to wait for someone to help me where the owner was continually blaming the nails on me and saying I would have to cut all of my already short nails off and file round. Once it was apparent no one was going to fix my nails I had no choice but to get up and leave. Any other nail place would have gladly fixed them to keep me and my friend’s business. They have now lost both of us as customers. Update: Right after I wrote this I took my nail polish off and have bloody pictures of all the damage they did. The funny thing was I only had to cut the broken nails to get relief. The rest didn’t have to have anything done to them. My nails feel so much better now but why this place couldn’t be bothered to just cut the broken nails and repolish is beyond me. This is the first review I’ve ever been mad enough to write… sorry for the length.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I don’t know what the woman did, but she managed to pumice above my heels — like level with my ankles — so they’re now completely raw. It hurts to wear socks right now and I can’t lay my legs flat on the bed. Also, my heels feel rough and chopped. They actually feel worse than when I went in.

Waited a long time in an empty salon then the women rushed around continously jumping between me and another customer. Work was sloppy and rushed. She filed my nails crooked and it took 2 tries to fix which meant she filed my long nails down to stubby little things. Took 2 hrs to get a gel manicure on a Saturday morning with 2 other women getting their nails done. At the end the price ended up being 7 dollars more than what they initially told me. SURPRISE! Never going back ever under any circumstances. What a frustrating Saturday morning.

went here last week for my first pedicure in many years. you can imagine how bad my feet were. I had some serious calluses on one foot. a lovely woman named Cindy did an amazing job! never made me feel self conscious or embarrassed I have worn sandals three times since. the store is Very Very clean! the back rub and neck rub while my toes were drying was a great bonus

Never a long wait & pretty clean nail salon. The girls working can be hard to understand sometimes, but very friendly & try to get you out as quickly as possible. They are a little stingy on the feet and leg rubs and the exfoliating cream under the feet, so if your feet are extra dry(summer), you better make sure they scrape hard. If you’re in need of a leg or foot rub, better tell someone else to do it because this place will only polish your nails pretty. Prices are average & my friends say their gel manicure always lasts a long time when they get them done here.
