I switched service from AT&T to Verizon after 15+ years and did the transaction at the Staunton store. They are always pleasant & helpful when you go into the store. I appreciate that they make you feel like a valued customer.
Recently had a billing issue and Brandon was diligent and professional resolving the issue. Thanks again Brandon!!!

Okay everyone knows going into Verizon is a huge royal pain in the @$$ and takes up your whole day. Both times I’ve gone in, however, I’ve gotten an awesome guy to help me out named Blake. He helped me change from a horrible Windows Phone sold to me by the Verizon store and switch to an old Iphone 4 my mom had. He was honest and said who the eff knows about Windows Phones but we figured out how to change my info into the new/​old iphone. I went in to resign my new 2 year contract and get a new phone. He was super helpful and tried to find me discounts on my new plan. As always though Verizon sucks in general as far as pricing but they do have good service so I’ll stick with them. Come on people book 2 hours if you know you’re going into Verizon and at least ask for Blake to make it less miserable
