Too often people will write a review when they are displeased, not when they are happy. I experienced the greatest customer service with Al Roggin when purchasing a new mattress. Not only did he educate me about mattresses, he never hounded or pressured me in any way. It was apparent that he wanted me to get the best mattress for me, not the most expensive one. He helped me when I needed to exchange for a different mattress too. I will most definitely refer Al to anyone that I hear is shopping for a new mattress.

My husband and I were in the market for some new mattresses. We recently moved and didn’t have any of our beds. John Curtis was phenomenal. We told him what our budget was and he worked with us to ensure we had the best mattress for us. My husband and I love our new mattress! If you’re at this store, ask for John. He’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

This place is the best! They really helped us out. We bought a mattress from this store about 8 months ago, but we could not get used to it, it was an extra firm mattress, which both my husband and I hated. We called the store and Al Roggin (store manager) let us exchange the mattress AND gave us a discount on the mattress we picked out. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service, we definitely recommend this Pure Sleep store!

Me and my girlfriend were in the market for a new mattress. Al was beyond helpful and able to answer any and all questions we had. Al was in no way pushy, and in fact led us to a cheaper mattress because it fit our needs more than the expensive mattress we both originally liked. We were extremely happy with our visit and would gladly refer friends and family to go visit with Al Roggin at the pure sleep store, you will not regret it!

Bought a couple of beds here recently. The whole process was painless, thanks to Al Roggin. He was super knowledgeable and helped us pick the prefect beds for us.
However, we felt that one if the beds was a little small. We worked with Al to work out an exchange. He helped us with out issue. Will definitely come back and work with them again.
