Me and my husband work late and we need a place to be open at least until midnight so we are not rushing to eat our food. During the week it is until 11 but on weekends it is until midnight we went there last Friday and got the 2 for $ 20 meal, great deal and tons of food. They are not skimpy on the portion for a value meal like other restaurants. We were even able to bring home a bag of chips and a container of the salsa no extra charge. We will be coming here more often after buying our giftcard at Kroger to get our fuel points!!!

I wish I didn’t have to give this place a bad review but unfortunately the management does not know how to run a restaurant. Not only has there been a problem every time I’ve dined here but when pointing it out to the manager they would rather be rude instead of fixing the problem. Specifically the manager Liz. So when I ate there for the first time a few months ago after school I got the you pick two soft tacos. There was a PENNY in one of my tacos that I but down on. It had been mixed in with the ground beef. The manager came over after my server alerted them and it was a guy. He said«that’s weird, I don’t see how that possibly got in there. If u want I can make you something else. I’d recommend our chocolate molten cake.» So I had the cake and it was good. Fast forward to last night, I moved in down the street and decided to check out the local chills and get a molten chocolate cake to go. I’m in the process of getting a microwave for my apartment(it’s in the shipping process from online). When I got home, I noticed there was the shell of a cake with a frozen clump of chocolate in the middle. I called to ask if I could come back and switch it out for what I paid for– a molten chocolate cake. The one they always serve is warm and when you take the first bite there is hot fudge. Hence the«molten». The manager, Liz, said they don’t make it that way for to go orders and that she would not have them remake it. I asked her why no one told me that upon ordering it since that is NEVER the way it’s been served in the past. She said«look, it’s the middle of dinner. there is nothing I am going to do for you. You can come in and buy a new one if you want. It’s seven dollars.» *click*. The manager of a restaurant not only rudely declined the chance to fix their mistake but HUNGUPON A CUSTOMER when I was being extremely kind while asking my questions. No attitude in my voice, no mean words. I was actually in shock from the treatment I received from this restaurant. Most horrible service I think I’ve ever witnessed. TGI Fridays, Carrabbas, red robin, and other great restaurants with amazing service surround the area. Take your hard earned money and spend it in a restaurant that cares for the customers they serve. Chili’s on Hall road does not meet this simple requirement. What a disappointment.

Love this Chilis location. I consistently get great food and great service. I enjoy the low calorie options, and the ever changing special options. Will continue to come back any time I’m in the area.

Bad service. Rude bar staff. Didn’t clean the bar up. Ordered online, the pick up time was a half hour for chicken tenders. It took over an hour to get my online order. Just rude and uncare employees. Im very disappointed in this service. I informed the manager who did nothing. Once he saw the food coming, he ran off and did not acknowledge the problem. Wasted time talking to an uncaring manager.

Horrible is a complete understatement. We typically frequent the Chilis on Gratiot and they were out of power so we drove here. We called ahead and put our name down, they confirmed it was busy. We got there about 7pm and still had a couple people ahead of us. We headed to the bar and it was a cluttered, dirty mess. Plates all over and not wiped down. The bartender was at the far end and didn’t acknowledge us as we stood there for a few minutes. Another couple walked up and the bartender immediately greeted them. I was put off, and even said to my parents«are you kidding me?». He came over and started to put a napkin down and my mom stopped him and asked him to wipe the counter first. He looked completely annoyed to actually have to DO his job. My dad got his beer and the hostess came and said the table was ready. I headed to the table and my parents followed with my and moms margaritas a couple minutes later. We proceeded to wait… And wait… And wait. We saw three servers in our area and not one of them came over to greet us. After 15 minutes I went to the hostess stand and let her know. She talked to the two women in the section and I thought for sure someone would come over. Nope. Another 5 minutes and Tony finally came over. He was apologetic. We placed an order for queso. A long time went by, again and it finally came out. The whole time we waited he was NO where in sight. We ordered our food when the queso came. We also ordered two cokes and a diet. Another 5 – 7 mins later he came with the two cokes. He brought a water or something and didn’t remember what I had ordered. We told him Diet Coke and he said he’d be right back. By this point I already didn’t have anything to drink and was eating spicy queso and salsa. The server disappeared again and was gone at least another 5 minutes. Our chips were horrible, all broken apart and we were just picking when he walked back into the section, empty handed. My mother flagged him right away and said«we still need a Diet Coke» he said«I’m working on that»… Excuse me?! How long does it take to get a pop that you should have brought before. I said«I have NOTHING to drink»… He left and came back quickly after with it. Then he came with my parents app, fried pickles. My dad ate a few and then pulled something from his mouth. A big piece of plastic. It was at least 6 inches long and had clearly been cooked because it was melted. We immediately asked a food runner to send over the manager because we knew waiting for the server could take forever. She came and was very apologetic and said she’d take care of it and offered them another app. They chose onion rings. We explained that it had already been a rough start and she said our server was only on his 2nd day. I get that, but common sense can’t be trained… It is a Saturday night, after all, and none of the servers were on their game. We saw lots of unhappy people. She went and placed the order and our server appeared and was a little bewildered when my dad explained that the pickles were a no go… I wasn’t shocked. My mom returned from the restroom and said that there were at LEAST ten servers standing around In the back. The bar was STILL covered with dirty dishes. Several tables around us left and were covered as well. No one was making an attempt to clear them and yet there was still a wait for those just coming in! Insane. So pretty soon after that the manager, Liz, brought out our food. My mom got a steak and it came with fries and mashed potatoes… She wasn’t sure why and the server never asked her what sides she wanted(she got a 2 for $ 20 with my dad). Not exactly what she would have chosen but we were so over it by that point. We ate and watched another table complaining about how their food wasn’t there. And another table had come in and had been there at least 15 – 20 mins and still had NO one waiting on them. Not even for a drink. For real?! There were 5 empty tables around us, none of this made ANY sense. The manager never came back to check on our food. And neither did the server. Surprise. He finally returned and we asked for a box. He said something apologizing about things and I made a comment that the other table had yet to be waited on. He said«oh we’re taking care of them»… Ugh, no, no you aren’t! We asked for the bill and it didn’t look right so the manager came again and explained it. Didn’t offer to run it. We waited another 5 minutes and our server was not back, AGAIN!!! My dad took the receipt to the closet register because two other server were standing there, And he asked them to cash us out. My mom had given him a new debit card. They took our receipt And gave him receipt to sign. Except it had been declined and the lady didn’t notice. Another 20 mins to have them(lady and our server) figure out the problem. We gave them cash and had to make change. We have no receipt now because they never returned it so we can’t even complain on the survey… Never again. Never

The food was ok. The service was horrible. Ordered bottomless enchiladas never seen our waitress(the mgr) again. Hubby ordered chicken fajitas came mixed with steak. He didn’t want steak! The food runner said I will let her know. Didn’t see her? Ordered Dessert thru the digital thing on the table. Dessert never came. Waisted or Sunday night dinner here! We won’t be back. Ever!

The only thing good here is the loaded baked potato soup. Had the steak fajitas and doubled the meat for two bucks, except if that was double i would hate to see the regular portion. Then i had to pay an extra dollar for a side of rice and beans. Both were horrible, who charges for rice and beans with fajitas? The rice wasn’t even Tex Mex or Spanish or Mexican. The beans were nasty too. Now let’s get to the fajitas, they had some nasty fat and some kind of membrane on the steak… gross I liked my glass of water no complaints there. I’m done with these nasty chains, nothing fresh. All frozen from GFS or some other food supplier.

Ordered a guac burger with a black bean patty. No caramelized onion or red and green bell peppers. Fries are old and cold. Manager Liz corrected the problem. Just disappointed because it’s late.

After a long week and catching up on stuff today, I decided to grab a quick bite to eat before running home. I rarely go to Chili’s anymore, mainly because I just don’t always feel like it if left to my own devices. I was happy to come here for an early dinner, and even though the big Michigan/Michigan State game was on today, most people were at other bars. I was seated quickly and happy to have a wonderful server. I went with the triple dipper, which is usually my «go to» dish here when ordering. I also enjoyed the self ordering kiosk deal that they have here at the table. I played around with it while I ate and I was really happy with the features. They have games for kids, but you can also order drinks, pay your bill and get more food without having to wait for your server. I also signed up for the Chili’s rewards program and earned some points while I ate. Pretty cool. I even filled out a survey when I was done eating about my experience. I was really happy with how attentive my server was. It really made the difference and made the visit all around good. Not to rowdy here for an early evening dinner, and if I’m on this side of town, I would probably return.

Stopped into this one for the first time for drinks and appetizers on 5−8−15, sat at the bar and killed 3 hours and watched the games, bartender was attentive and courteous, very prompt, very busy place and decent even for kids !!! as it gets later the adults roll in and gets even busier, i think they like the menu, which is very decent, i like it better than Bd’s Mongolian BBQ next door !!!

It had been years since I had been to Chili’s, and someone gave me a gift card to go there. Yeah, that was a waste of time. I’m surprised Chili’s hasn’t yet gone the way of Chi Chi’s, in that the food is average at best and the service isn’t much better. The food has no real flavor besides the amount of crap they put into it. The food is on the pricey side, and the shrimp almost made me pretty sick after one visit. You want Mexican food? Go to an authentic Mexican restaurant, and even most Tex-Mex places are better than this. I will probably never come back to this location, or any other one. What’s the point? They rip you off.

I’m not going to lie, this was one of my worst dining experiences in the last 10 years. For one, it is a huge pet peeve of mine that if there are 6 – 7 empty tables, don’t tell me there is a 15 minute wait and then actually make me wait. He told a party of two 10 minutes and there were a dozen 2 seat booths empty… they walked out. When we get to sit, I waited another 15 minutes to get a server to take our drink order. Apparently, if there is silverware on the table, it’s their sign that an order has been taken. Nope… The con queso at Chili’s to me is like the cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster… the only reason to go. Well, they either changed the recipe or microwaved something old because it was terrible. I ordered my regular margarita grilled chicken, and again, it has been drastically changed and is a fraction of what it used to be. My kid didn’t get her sliders until 6 – 7 minutes after we got our food and the waitress literally came over and told us, «they are putting the cheese on your burgers now, they will be up in a second.». Never in my life have I heard something so ridiculous. I still ended up tipping 20% because the waitress was honestly nice, coupled with working Sunday so I didn’t want to penalize her. Will I go back? No way. Too many other choices out there. I’ll live without my chili con queso.

My friends and I went there to celebrate my bday. We are the type of people know how hard it is to work as a waiter/waitress and always are very giving. But when we sat down the waiter at first was very attentive. Then a group of 8 came in and sat by us, and then BOOM was completely ignored. We had to constantly wave other waiters and waitress down, even to get our food! and by the time we got that it was COLD. I think our waiter was more concerned about getting a huge tip from them then giving 2 shits about us. it was such a shame. Yes we complained but the manager only took off 1 item off of our bill. But because we are the«higher/bigger» person we left a nice tip. Karma ya know? Then a few months later we went back to same one to give it another chance only to sit there for about 20 mins, and NOT one person came to our table! So we left! DONOTGOTHERE. I have no clue how they are still in business!

I’ve been here a few times, and most recently went yesterday. Absolutely average. The food is actually a little more expensive than it ought to be. The ranch is the worst I’ve ever tasted — watered down and virtually flavorless. The menu is chock full of 1,000 calorie(or more) bombs. I wound up getting the Margarita Chicken which is 500 calories, and I thought it was alright, even if a bit salty. Two of my friends got the honey BBQ Crispers. I tasted the sauce, and it tasted like diabetes. Way too sweet, and it didn’t even taste that great. My other friend got the sampler, and there’s nothing ever wrong with getting those. I should also add that a single bottle of that mediocre«beer» people like — Bud Light — costs four bucks. More reason to pass on this place. The bar area is nice, and there is also a decent number of TVs as well, but I could do without coming here. I’m not exactly a manorexic, but even THIS should scare somebody enough to not want to eat it: Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadilla 1450 Calories(Roughly 75% of what you should have in a day.) 100 Grams of fat(Triple digits?
