Five Star Nails II

A friend recommended this place and I will not be back.
While the atmosphere was nicer and quieter than my usual place, the rest of my experience was underwhelming.
I’m not paying someone to paint my toenails since I can paint my own toenails. I’m paying for someone to make my feet feel soft and to scrape any dead skin or callouses off. Usually after a pedicure my feet are soft and feel great. This time my feet still feel rough and the paint job on my toes is bad, the polish doesn’t even cover the entire nail. A 5 year old could’ve done better, it’s still on my skin. My cuticles were pushed back UNEVENLY giving my toenails a lopsided look. The man who did my pedicure didn’t speak enough English to understand me when I said I’d already cut my toenails and he clipped them shorter than I like.
Did I mention that they burned my mom’s legs with scalding hot water? Well, they did. She is equally displeased with her pedicure and may have a 2^nd degree burn on top of it.
This was a waste of time and money since tonight *I* will be redoing a job I already paid someone else to do.

Took daughter here for her first full set. No pain. No flaming red cuticles. I was shocked by this because she is a chronic nail biter and her cuticles are a mess. Only $ 25.00, so tip well because they deserve it. Artwork was beautiful too. Highly recommend!!!

The quality of work here went down. I been here for a few years but now it’s time for a change

Oh gosh. Please trust me. Do not waste your time or money. By far the worst manicure and polish I have ever experienced in my life. I decided to give this place a shot since they were only 2 minutes away from my new home. Worst mistake! Who would have thought its possible to wreck a manicure. She cut me 3 times! My nails were jagged and gross looking. My fingers looked better before i got there. Now to the polish… a 6 year old could’ve done better. She got polish on my fingers and didn’t bother to take it off. She decided one coat was it and I was done?! 2 coats and a top coat are unnecessary here! When I politely asked for a top coat she told me I didn’t need one? Really? Never again.

I have been coming here for 3 years now and I have to say its one the best nail salons ever. It’s pretty cheap and the eyebrows service it amazing. My mom loves this place also
