The best pizza chain in Michigan. Never really had problems with this location. Place is clean, pizzas are well done and they never screwed up order yet

I came here during a real bad rainy day to grab pizza for my wife and I. The pizza was great. The staff here we’re really polite. They had completed my order really quickly. I’ve tried a lot of pizza places and I know this one is one of the best. My fiancé and I regular customers and we will continue to be. I recommend you see why for yourself.

Sultan (Jets employee) really stood out to me when I went to pick up my pizza this evening. The line was out the door and they were very busy. I’ve been here many times and that’s a first I’ve seen it like that. Sultan was very calm, patient and kind while he rang out the customers and gave them their orders. He also rang me out which is why I noticed his name tag. He smiled at every customer and made sure each one left satisfied no matter how busy it was or how many people were lined up. People who stand out and shine at work shouldn’t go unnoticed. I could continue with a list of things he went out of his way to do for people but I’d be here all day typing. I did notice every employee was working really hard! And my whole order was correct and beyond my expectations! But, sultan knows how to work in stressful situations without showing any stress to the customers. Impressive! This location has the best staff and make the best pizza/​bread! #1!

I’ve been ordering pizza from this 18 mile and Ryan takeout for almost 20 years now. My family loves the xtra large Jet10, light sauce, well done, deep dish w/​turbo crust. They have provided a perfect pizza, everytime, year after year, right up to today. Sure, the antipasto salads are better at Buddy’s, but for takeout pizza — Buddy’s, Loui’s, Shield’s, Cloverleaf, Detroit Style Pizza Co., Green Lantern — no one does Detroit Deep Dish Pizza better than Jet’s.

Ok, this review is purely based on their wings. I was not happy at all with them. First of all, they were small and soggy. The volume alone was unimpressive. Then I realized the bleu cheese we got was just a 1 oz PACKET of Kraft (I think) dressing. Yes, the portion of the wings was small but still, the dressing was not near enough and it wasn’t fresh. Definitely not what I was expecting.

I have no idea how the pizza tastes. Did not get that far. The guy that answered the phone totally sucks. I saw a flyer in my hotel that they deliver and he did not even know where the hotel was located even though my hotel was just 1 mile away. I asked him how large the NY pizzas are and he did not know. Got frustrating dealing with him so I decided not to order. They need to place knowledgeable people on the phone to take orders.

I must say this is the best pizza chain as far as taste, quality, and value! Try the BLT pizza!

ALWAYS GET TURBO CRUST!
I prefer the square pizza over the round, just because it’s easier to eat with all the toppings (which are delicious). I love pepperoni, green peppers and onions… makes me hungry just typing that. The Jet Bread is always good, although it doesn’t taste as good the next day like the pizza does. The new deep dish Jet Bread is pretty good too.
Jet’s has been a staple in my family for years and rightfully so. It’s a great pizza chain.

Food: Jet’s Pizza is great pizza. The salads, wings, deli boats, and subs are great too. The Jet’s 10 is the best.

Service: This location has great service and the staff is always happy to help. I had to order and pick up a meal during the mid-​late morning (lunch for me and my wedding party) and despite not being open to the public yet, the staff prepared my order and I was able to pick it up in time.

Atmosphere: This is a take-​out location, but there is a TV that always has the relevant sports event on so you can stay updated. The waiting area is bright and clean.

Monday is one large topping for $ 7.99… and they always have fresh slices ready to go for you during lunch time. We’ve used them to cater events at work, and always have a great reputation of meeting and or beating the delivery time as requested. Friendly bunch working inside the store as well… Keep up the good work guys!

Sometimes can’t shake the urge for dat deepdish.

I visited family in Troy MI, and was craving pizza, so I tries Jets, based on the Unilocal reviews. So happy I did! The buffalo wings were cooked perfectly and the hot sauce was outstanding. It’s at this point I’ll mention that I live near Buffalo NY. The pizza with the turbo crust was delicious, one of the top 3 pizzas I’ve ever had. I ate way past the point of being full. The garlic bread with cheese was meh. Wish there was a Jets in Western NY, keep up the great work.

I like pizza, from the exotic to the ordinary. While Buddy’s is in hailing distance and the nearby Joe Bologna’s, makes a fine, classic pie, there’s a lot to be said for Jets. This store is a better than average link in their chain (perhaps due to its proximity to corporate HQ). They get your orders right and make them fast. I also like their little touches; for example, they open your box to show you your pizza. The square veggie is my favorite: nice and crisp at the corners, savory vegetables on the top and appropriately-​gooey cheese.
If you live in the area, you may try this Jets if you’re in the mood for pizza.

I love jets pizza and feel its one of the best franchise pizza places. For some reason this location is especialy good. Must have turbo crust also love the ranch. Everything else is good too wings, salads etc…

Holy crap this is good stuff. Here’s my hit list:
1.) Large square any topping (don’t even care) TURBO CRUST
2.) Boneless Buffalo Wings
3.) RANCH (why is it so good here??)
4.) Square BBQ Chicken Pizza
5.) Feeling extra fat? Get them cheese breads… c’mon, bc you’re SMART!
I feel like it’s impossible to resist over-​eating in the presence of these hot melty buttery bread angels.

One of the BEST places you can go to get a pizza and their cheezy bread sticks are the best. Jets even beats Buddy’s Pizza.
