I have shopped here a few times and EVERY single time I go there the lady there rips me off. Why you ask? Because I look white and not Middle eastern. To me a blessing to her the opportunity to steal money from you. How does she do it you ask? Well she either over rings items, and claims it was an accident, something she does to numerous and consecutive customers, or she just blatantly lies to you about pricing. For instance the warm fresh bread is 10 for a $ 1, but she charged me 10 for $ 1.50 today, and once before 10 for $ 2.00. Not to mention the over charge on cheese and vegetables. Now that my personal feelings are out of the way about how I think she is a thief, lets talk about her actual food that she supplies to the local, mostly ME community, in Sterling Heights. Her veggies are old and rotten, soft and wrinkly. The fruit is always bruised and battered and looks like they were kicked around in a soccer match. The herbs are okay — nothing special, but you do need to dig around for a decent bunch. Either way — I am officially boycotting this place and to the thief at the counter, you know who you are.
Oh and BTW! People actually block you in the parking lot because they are so lazy they don’t want to park in the back and walk an extra 60 steps to the front door.
