This chiropractic office is as good as it gets. Made up of a husband and wife team, the Drs. Rice offer a really wide range of services.
First off, when you come they don’t give you x-​rays and expose you to a bunch of unnecessary radiation. Instead, you get this super cool «nerve reader» (my words, not theirs) that they run up and down your spine to see what’s going on with your nerves. Using these scans, they can then tell you just how messed up you really are.
As far as appointments go, your first stop is the «traction table,» which is just a table that you lay on with these big rollers that go up and down your back– essentially a pre-​adjustment massage. And the actual adjustments themselves? Great. I don’t feel like I’m being totally manhandled (as has sometimes been the case with previous Chiropractors).
They also offer a ton of all-​natural whole vitamins, staff massage therapists and are really known for being good with kids. They have all kinds of fancy sounding specialty certificates regarding adjusting babies to kids. There’s generally a good amount of kids running around before their adjustments.
They also have a really sweet payment plan where for $ 75 a month, you get one adjustment a week. Any additional family member is just $ 25 a month.
