I just love this store especially when comparing it to Macys. seems very organized and clean. Their clearance sales racks are great to go through as they have so much to offer. I think this store is very well run.

I stopped by the Estée Lauder counter today to refresh my eye cream (yes guys it’s time to start looking young, not just for the ladies)
Anyways, a nice lady named Judy K helped me. She provided me several options as well as advice on how to care for my skin better. I found her knowledge to exceed my expectations and her advice debunked many things I thought I new about skin care. In the end, Judy’s helpful shopping advice allowed me to purchase exactly what I needed and what was best for my skin.

Bad for costumer service. I bought my wife a pair of ugg boot for $ 250 from Lord & Taylor and within less two months the material start falling apart. I took them back and the manager had to come and make the call and the first thing she did was trying to avoid returning them and start saying «that was a cut» instead look at the costumer and making him satisfy to insure his return, after a little of argument I was able to get store credit. That’s didn’t make my wife happy and upset me for the store policy. For sure this will be my last Dollar I would spend in this store.
The store needs to insure satisfactory of their value costumer first.

The manager at this store is extremely rude. She speaks in broken english, and doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. I drove 20 miles after a sales associate told me an item was on sale and in my size. When I arrive to purchase the item I was told (by this rude manager) it was only available at that price online. I will never shop at this store again.

Lots of people don’t know this store is here but it is. And it’s nice. I guess it’s easy to keep clean because no one ever goes in there so it is sort of the Secret Garden of department stores except with fewer hunchbacks.

This review is for the women at the makeup counters here. Seriously, what is the deal? Are the b! tch cooties contagious? They are so mean, so useless that I will never set foot in L&T again. At Clinique I asked the woman behind the counter if I could try some foundation swatches. Her answer: *SIGH* «I guess». The woman at Estee Lauder was equally as crabby. After trying on some horrid lip shades that she recommend she said «You have to make up your mind. You can’t try anymore on».
Ummmm… WTF? Whatever, that’s cool, I can spend my hard earned dough someplace else.
