I love the store! My house is decorated in a lot from Pier 1. But the staff at this store isn’t super. Not very friendly, they stand around talking with each other instead of helping customers.

I love Pier 1. They are a bit pricey on furniture, but I think the quality is there. This location is at the end of a business strip mall, so because of that it’s very easily accessible and lots of parking. It’s right across from Lakeside and next to Hobby Lobby, but it doesn’t get the insane traffic. That’s great because other Pier 1’s in shopping strips mall are overpicked and too busy. I have a hard time finding help sometimes and others 15 people ask me how I’m doing. This shop needs more consistent coverage. It’s not bad, but if there are only a handful of customers and it’s your stock or price mark down day, I should not have to wait at the register with my purchase for 5 minutes. This happens to me often. The registers seem to be their biggest problem. I don’t care so much about being asked for help, but some purchases take customers a long time and theres never enough help. Wrapping glass items takes forever, so if I have 1 or 2 non-glass things I’ll wait 10 minutes behind another customer. 10 min to take my money is way too long. The managers need to jump on board and watch the situation there. Your point of sale is the most important thing for profit. Hello people. Other then that the merchandise is great. Cool selection of glasses snd plates, home items and sented things. Nice clearance sections too. Overall it’s a good location.

What a great store! It’s a little crowded and cluttered but it’s full of cool stuff. The clearance area runs the perimeter of the store.. don’t miss it! I could spend hours in here and I nearly did last weekend. My hubby decided to steer me towards the door after I seriously considered buying human-sized metal utensils to hang on the wall. But I’ll be back!
