Totally felt scammed. I went in for my phone and got that fine but then they kept pushing a stupid screen protector on me. I had a case, didnt want it. They brought it over and scanned it anyways but i dont know why. It didnt end up on my account. Still shady. Then the freaking tablet. I told them i didnt want it, i had one. They kept saying but its FREE. Fine! I took the stupid thing as back up. Lo and behold– $ 18 charge on my account. Now im on the phone with sprint who has to call the store.(Its also a really awful tablet) Nothing is easy with this freaking store or cell company. Ive been on the phone for over half an hour, on hold for most of it. … now its been an additional 11 minutes on hold… Now 20. This is never ending. Now theyre charging me a $ 200 early cancelation fee until they get the tablet back. Two more years, i switch companies. NEVERGOTOTHISSTORE.

Just drove 40 miles to this store for nothing. My husband went in for a SIM card and was told that because I didn’t give him my phone to bring in they couldn’t give him the card. I call 611 and then their story changed to its out of stock. Management was cocky and didn’t care. Will not return. Lucky for me I’m not in a contract because if a sprint corporate store can do this to customers then I’m rethinking my phone company. Theirs 3 days to this story but it ends here. I’m so over this store and the situation. 8 year customer looking other places now.

The worst! We returned our phone in 3 day’s and that was more then enough time to «try» the phone and return. We ended up returning it and we still got a bill for $ 700.00. Sprint doesn’t have a record for the returned phone. We have a RECEIPT! We returned it to the SPRINTSTORE! WTF!

Ive had some self inflicted phone charging cord problems, buying the latest greatest cord, from either 5 Below or the local tobacco guy, have led to multiple charging issues, So I was told, by several friends, those bargain cords burn up phones & batteries, get an actual Sprint Cord. SO I bought into that philosophy, and went to a Sprint Corporate store. Jeremy welcomed me & solved my issues, as he evaluated my phone, cords & port. Pulled a brand new Sprint dual charger out, and it did NOT work or charge my phone. [ so glad we checked ] He visited the tech & it was not the charger, but the design of the USB cord, so he got me another & I was in business. Truly great service & sales, as he showed me 2 devises, wireless speakers for your phone that one even surpassed a BOSE speaker.
