So, I’m a scrapbooker. I usually go to the same places, but wanted to mix stuff up, and found this place online. I figured I’d give it a shot to see if they had something to offer in regards to different products and work space. For starters, they are closed on Sundays. Fine. I made a point of coming here on a Saturday when I had time, so I could check the place out. I was hoping for more, but sadly, I didn’t find what I was looking for. Don’t get me wrong, this place isn’t bad. It’s just not what I had expected. I noticed that it’s more of a card store, versus that of a Scrapbooking store. They do have paper, glue and some standard supplies, but their geared more to the card maker then the scrapbooker. Sadly, I didn’t find a single thing to buy here, which is surprising. While cruising through the store, I noticed a man sitting in what appeared to be a crop area. Obviously he is the husband of the owner, and was working the store this afternoon. I asked him if the lab is open to crop in, and he said that there isn’t any open crop ever, and it’s for scheduled classes only. What a bummer! I wouldn’t have scrapped anyways because I couldn’t find anything that I was looking for or wanted, plus the area was small. Can I say that it’s alarming to run a small scrap business and not offer open crop? Weird. Anyways, I probably will not return here because they don’t carry anything I need. I didn’t want to give them a poor rating because they are a small business and I don’t want people to turn away from here just because I don’t like it.
