This place is worthless, closes early since there’s no customers. Don’t waste your time go to a franchise Fuddrucker’s, it will taste like a Michelin Star restaurant compared to this place anyway.

I am usually not a fan of burgers but this place does it very well. The ingredients are of top quality from the buttery bun to the toppings. I usually get the regular hamburger with pepper jack cheese, grilled jalepeno, lettuce, tomato and onions. Always very tasty. The onion rings here are the best I’ve ever had.

Really like their burgers, fries and shakes. Wish they’d go back to the old garlic on the fries(along with the parmesan and rosemary options). Pretty much the only reasonably priced source of prime cooked-to-order burger. Try getting medium rare at a five guys! That being said: Avoid getting delivery at all costs, even via Eat24. This BGR location delivers via TakeOutTaxi who is horrid. Ordered once at 7:15PM, and not only could ToT not get the order in before BGR closed at 10PM, but then claimed to Eat24 that the driver was on the way! to us. Ten seconds later, TakeOutTaxi called *us* to tell us the driver«got there after they had closed». This isn’t BGR’s fault, but anybody who wants a good burger delivered is likely to be very disappointed and going to iHop or something.

Worse delivery service ever. Delivery driver forgot half my food and then gave me some body else’s order. Then I had to call the delivery service to get him to bring back the right food. If you eat here just go there and get it yourself never never use the delivery service

Yum! First time patron and it won’t be the last. So… this place is a build your burger kind of place. You can get the burger on a bun, in a salad or wrapped in lettuce. I got the works on a bun which included their special sauce. I ordered it cooked medium and that’s what I got. The burger was about 6 – 8 inches tall and all the flavor so melded together so well my mouth is still watering. I also ordered the garlic fries. You have to LOVE garlic to eat these fries. They came drenched in not only garlic but a ton of oil. I would have preferred less oil, but they were still awesome. Some suggestions for the burger… they need to grill the bun.

Meh… have been to other BGR locations that were way better. My wife had a turkey burger which was dry, & I had a burger that was way overcooked. Garlic fries were good though. Perfect for splitting. Probably my last visit since that shopping center has a lot better places to eat.

I’m not a big meat eater, but once or twice a month I like the beef. I either get a tenderloin steak or a burger at BGR. I love BGR. They make a quality burger at a fair price. Everyone is talking smack about the Wellington burger; an opinion cannot be made of a burger joint by buying their gimmick item! I’m from California originally and the burger is the closest I’ve found to Carl’s JR. Angus beef«six dollar burger» which is now actually close to the six dollars it referred back in the day. BGR: I stick to the basics: Well done, no cheese, lettuce pickle raw onion. Yummy. I like the staff; they are friendly and efficient. Sometimes they have a new person who doesn’t work out, jeez happens everywhere. Some people are just rude, I can’t fault the joint if they get rid of the sour employee. Tony, the manager brings his top game. Excellent fries!

Just finished a late lunch after an afternoon of shopping. I’ve been in here once before but couldn’t remember anything about it, so I have it another shot. For about $ 15 I got a grilled chicken sandwich and their shake off the month. As others have said, the tables are dirty. Like salt or sand all over the place. It was late in the day so this easily could have been cleaned after the lunch rush. The milkshake was good but not $ 6 good. The chicken sandwich didn’t stick but it wasn’t inspiring. As I’m sitting here, someone is cleaning of the tables but the one next to me still has stiff all over it so I think they need to address how to clean.

Mushroom Topping is an explosion of umami! So great to get a side of asparagus instead of fries. Always enjoy my meal. Not your run-of-the-mill burger toppings.

Yum, its been a few months since my last visit here, but the burgers are always solid. Also if you don’t eat red meat they do have a very good turkey burger, or chicken sandwich on the menu both of which I’ve tried. The also have a tuna burger which I’ve been wanting to try but haven’t mustered up the courage to do so yet. Their fries are excellent, I recommend adding the parmesan to them, it adds a nice bit of flavor. Their shakes are also really good too.

Great place! Delicious! In error we were charged for an extra children’s meal and I said no problem as we knew the sliders would get eaten in our group. Right away the manger refunded me, packed it to go for my daughter to eat later and threw in a huge cookie for a midnight snack. Great customer service and everyone’s dinner was delicious. Definitely coming back when we return to the area!

This review regards use of gift cards. Do not buy gift cards for this place. I received a $ 50 one as a gift and when I went to use it I watched a cashier nervously swipe it 4 times and then saying that it appears it has nothing on it. When the swiping started it was for the full amount of $ 50. The guy essentially drained my gift card and then claims that it was empty. I called and checked it before I got there and it was full. After the swiping I checked it and it was $ 0. I had to use my credit card to pay for our order. It was clear he was not 100% comfortable with running the register, but this mistake nullified my gift card with no recourse. The reason I recommend not using a gift card at this place is because I don’t think this an isolated incident. I think it is a place that is not familiar with gift cards and a mistake like this could easily happen again. Burgers are great, but staff seems shaky.

A proper burger, grilled to order, good selection of toppings. The garlic fries aren’t my thing but you might like them. Needs free wifi.

If I had to pick between this place and Five Guys, BGR would would win by a narrow margin. My hamburger with the works was well presented(I’ve become too used to burgers being sloppily assembled). It didn’t have the«heaviness» that I’ve come to expect from the fast-casual burger experience. I ordered it with the fries, which were above average. They were crispy and not over salted, so I have no complaints. The restaurant itself is fairly small. We had a big group and were able to push together a few tables, but it was a tight fit. This might become my new go-to burger.

I came here with my husband and was really looking forward to trying this place. It was such a disappointment! My burger was ok. It just had cheese, bacon, and lettuce. My husband got the Wellington burger and it was so disgusting and looked horrible. It comes with onions but they forgot them. He then asked for a hot dog because he couldn’t eat the burger. The hot dog was suppose to have onions… Once again they forgot them. When he tried telling the girl that took his order and she just ignored him! We will NOT be back! We just wasted $ 40 on two burgers, fries, and a hot dog. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is nasty and way over priced! It’s ridiculous!

I’ve tried them twice now and I’m just not a fan. I understand they’ve won awards but I’m just not interested in returning. Maybe it was just an off day or something. We all have them. Their fries are delicious but the burger just wasn’t what I was hoping for. The tomato was mushy on my burger yet the burger was very, very dry. The staff are super friendly and the place is clean.

This place has a schizophrenic theme. It’s trying to be a sports bar with draft beer(served in plastic cups freshman broseph frat style LOL) and TVs, but then they’re trying to be a wholesome family diner with Mickey Mouse and Superman art under the table glass. Still yet, the walls are adorned with Rock ‘n’ Roll memorabilia, but the brand screams barbecue joint. Couple all that with a restaurant that is tiny, cramped, loud and dirty, and you have a recipe for a place that you just want to eat in really quickly and get the hell out of. The burgers themselves — like the actual hamburger meat part — was amazing. Great flavor, cooked perfectly to order, juicy, flavorful. But everything else — the overly bready bun, the toppings, etc., were just OK. They actually overpowered and took away from the beauty that was the beef(and I very, very, very rarely eat beef, much less beef that isn’t grass-fed). The fries were really weak. No peanut oil, skin-on, crispies, nothing special at all about them. They do let you add custom seasoning, so I had the rosemary fries. But it wasn’t even fresh rosemary. It just ended up being a pile of dried rosemary flakes in the bottom of the basket that weren’t even really attached to the fries, so the flavor was basically lost and not worth it. I also tried the sweet potato fries, which are way better because at least they were crispy. I don’t need to ever come back here.

This place was alright. Came here with my fam after a long day at the waterpark. We wanted something quick, good and decently priced. I know, we’re asking for a lot. Anyway, my brother-in-law and sis suggested this place so off we went. I ordered a turkey burger w/all the fixins. The patty had Gorgonzola cheese and portabello mixed in with it. It was decent but I wasn’t wowed. My husband had a plain burger with American cheese and ketchup. He said it was good and that he’d go back again. We also ordered the grilled asparagus and they were good but heavily seasoned w/black pepper which had a couple of us choking and throwing back water for a bit. My sis ordered the sweet potato fries and I actually really liked them, thought they were better than the ones at «The Counter» in Reston. Service was fast and friendly, as much as you can expect for a burger joint. We sat outside and it was nice. Overall, I gave it 3 stars because to me it was just a middle of the road burger joint. It was pricey for what we were getting and they charge you $ 1 extra just to put cheese on your burger. I like Five Guys better and they are cheaper. Would I come back? Maybe, if I was desperate… but wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
