Poor service from check in to check out. Food is nothing special, it’s what you expect at most bars. Really the service is just poor. You’ll have to flag down your server often. They will not check on you. Wish I went to Chipotle just across the other gate lol

Well cooked meals. Great quality restaurant for anywhere, but it happens to be in the airport. Check in early so you can chill here with a beer and people watch. Also has plenty of tvs if you are trying to catch a game. Elisabeth our server hooked us up with extra prosciutto wrapped asparagus because we had to try it. Really good gourmet salads, but also had the lamb that was really well cooked(and I mean medium rare).

What a dump. 4 of the 10 beers or so beers they advertise on the menu they don’t even carry anymore. Tons of outlets under the counter available, but bartender confirmed they stopped working a while ago. Food was terrible, particularly their attempt at being fancy with«deconstructed nachos»(a huge pile of chips with some ground beef and queso cheese microwaved up and put in little cups). Rock shrimp fish was incredibly gross, it was more breading than shrimp

Terrible service, empty restaurant took 35 mins to get food, explained dairy allergy and the food had spur cream all over it. Refilled my coffee with decaf, that’s the worst bit. Not Great, will go to chipotle next time!

Back at Dulles Airport and had to eat(against my better judgement). Chose this disaster for a SECOND time. Had the lamb chops. Holly smokes it was depressing haha! $ 22 for 4 super small pieces with canned hummus! Mark was an awesome server but I’m done trying to find an acceptable place to eat at this airport!

I’m laughing at the review below about getting a fried chicken breast in their sandwich instead of grilled, and getting no toppings because they didn’t specify what they wanted. They must’ve got my order because when I went this past weekend, I asked for fried and got grilled, and asked for it plain but got everything on it! This place could deserve a single star, but I have to be honest, the employees and the manager seemed like they were doing the best they could. There was no attitude and everyone was very nice. If they could get their act together, it could be a decent spot to stop at.

Horrible service. Has had to flag my waiter down for everything. He was nice once he did respond, but he never even came to check on me once he gave me my lunch. Several other customers around me were also having to chase their waiters, and there are many of them. The food was not good, stale bread and the soup tasted bad-it was just a basic grill cheese and tomato soup – how can you mess that up? Won’t be back

Awful can’t begin to describe the service. The food was less than edible. Keep walking.

Yes, should have checked reviews first. Tried grilled cheese with tomato soup. Looked good enough, but soup arrived slightly below room temperature(how long has this been sitting out?) and the grilled cheese was 80% bread 10% cheese and 10% air pocket. Beers change, while obsolete menu remains. Makes for nice conversation. Avoid.

Should have checked the reviews first. Stopped for a quick breakfast before our flight home. Figured waffles would be a good bet… how can one mess up waffles? They were so over cooked it was near impossible to cut through them with the flimsy plastic fork and knife. Only the. very center portion was edible at all as the outer edges would have probably broken our teeth. Garnished with one sad wrinkly mushy strawberry. Service was slow and we sat there quite a while before finally getting our bill. Good thing we had plenty of time before our flight.

Restaurants in any airport in the world that I have encountered are always granted to be overpriced. I believe in two things when traveling: don’t over eat and don’t over drink before a flight. When you visit a place with overpriced apps and cocktails it’s kinda easy to follow my rules. This place doesn’t fall short in assisting my rules and judgment of resturants in airports! I enjoyed where this restaurant is located because it’s near my gate. I enjoyed the costumer service and the layout of the bar but felt crowded. I enjoyed my Jalapeño Margarita and nachos. I don’t think it was worth 50 bucks. I dropped a star because it’s overpriced! Beside that it’s a good spot to chill before your flight!

It’s an airport restautant, so caveat emptor. However, I was quite annoyed to find that my Cobb salad did not come with chicken, or any other meat. I thought this was odd, so I looked it up on Wikipedia. Sure enough, a cobb salad, by definition, contains chicken, hard-boiled egg and cheese. I contend that a cobb salad on which chicken cannot be found without a $ 4 up charge is not a cobb salad and should not be advertised as such.

My husband and I were waiting for a flight and trying to get some dinner since we would be arriving at our destination late. When asked to be seated we were shown a spot at the bar. We asked for a table since there were a number of them open but were told no since there was no two person table. We asked about the four person table and the person muttered that he would have to ask. He then shook his head at us and put the menus down refusing is service. While now sitting at another restaurant across the way I see two people sitting at the four person table. I’ve never been refused service before, especially for such a ridiculous reason. We will never spend a dime at this place.

Great environment and food. Plus, asked for TV to be changed to something I wanted to watch during a long layover, and they changed the channel and added sound. Nice touch!

Worst breakfast in the history of airport food. Sausage omlet, the eggs were not cooked, a brownish hockey puck thing that was apparently a hashbrown. Enough oil in it to fuel a small nation. Toast incapable of holding rock hard butter. All this joy for $ 14.73(plus tip)

I wasn’t expecting a ton but its pretty sad when: –You order a chicken sandwhich, specifically ask for grilled, and it comes as fried. –It comes with literally a chicken patty and a hamburger bun. I was told I needed to specify what I want on it. That’s cool, as long as you tell me that before it shows up. No sauce, veggies, nothing. Bread and chicken. –You ask for water and it never comes. Food is decent, prices are decent, but the service is lacking. There aren’t much options in the B terminal outside of the food court, but I’ll take something else next time.

Five guys please open back up soon!!! What horrible food and service! It took 35 minutes to get a tiny tasteless burger that cost $ 16. There is no way this place will stay open at an airport with that type of turnaround. On another note, the whole bracket of shooters concept is completely asinine. Be a classy bar/restaurant and stop using a theme that is lame even for a fraternity party.
