Burger King

This is the best Burger King in the whole area. Always clean and fresh, the servers are always really polite and helpful. I dont mind driving half an hour from Tysons to come to here instead of any of the other Burger Kings.

I stopped in to grab a quick bite on my lunch break. There was only one employee working behind the counter, which seemed odd for a busy lunch hour. I first tried to order a chicken sandwich, which I was told they were out of. Fair enough, sometimes things happen. After finally finding a burger they actually had, I placed my order and sat at the least dirty table (most were covered in crumbs and used condiments). I picked up my order, and was told that they didn’t have any ketchup. I’m not usually picky but seriously, no ketchup at a fast food burger joint? I then asked for another standard item, napkins, which I was again told they were out of. I ate my lukewarm burger and promptly left. I really have never had high expectations for fast food restaurants, but this was definitely one of the worst experiences I had. I’m not sure if it’s under staffing or a general employee apathy, this Burger King is terrible.

We were given the wrong chicken sandwich this evening (wanted regular & got a spicy) and it was very overcooked, we did not realize until we were almost in Leesburg,
I did not want to turn around so I called and spoke to Lauren, she was very nice & apologetic, told me to call Joey in Leesburg and he will give me a new sandwich and that worked out great.
Mistakes happen every day & how we react to them and rectify the situation is what matters and Lauren handled it all very well. Thank you!

Have sadly stopped in for fast food twice at this place. The food is typical Burger King but there is nothing fast about it. 2 in the afternoon and one guy in front of me. Waited for about 8 minutes to put my order in and then another 5 or so before the guy came to the window and then he had to go look for my order. Both visits it’s like they do not have enough people there to run the business. If you are in a hurry, don’t go to this one. Otherwise it’s Burger King.

Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I work in this shopping center so I’ve unfortunately been here many times. The food is bland and unappealing. Employees are clearly either overwhelmed or don’t care at all about their jobs. You can be the only customer and you will still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your food. The drive thru is sometimes not opened for no apparent reason. Go to California Tortilla instead. Much better food and staff.

This Burger King has good quality and good mozzarella sticks but sadly the mozzarella sticks are gone. I’m really mad that they took mozzarella sticks off the menu. This place has good chicken but it is squishy.

Typical Burger King… it really wasn’t anything special… but really what fast food is? Has a play area with a few tables sectioned off in it.

This place has fantastic customer service. There was a mistake in a drive thru order that I noticed when I got home. I called the store and they apologized for the error, and since I couldn’t get right back there I was told to bring the receipt with me for a replacement. Fantastic! Thank you bk! Love those veggie burgers!!!
