Horrible horrible. They severely messed up an order of mine(carry out) and refused to correct it. The owner could care less if he lost us a customer and didn’t want to fix the issue. what a shame!!! I spent a lot of time trying to work with them, give them a second chance but they could care less. burger 21 wayyyyyy better. in fact any local burger place is better than this crap!

My wife and I had hopes for this place despite reviews we read but our hope quickly faded. Their menu is a little much and could be laid out better, our burgers were over cooked and dry, and worst of all, the food was very very greasy. Our waitress was friendly and gave good service but we won’t be coming back.

Really good food, but the service is slow and they pretty much stand around doing nothing instead of helping customers. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes not. There is a waitress there(curly hair, glasses) that makes it pretty clear she doesn’t want to be there and provides no value add to the experience. She needs to be fired.

I guess don’t go on a Sunday night. service was good but the milkshakes were terrible. Watered down and I asked for a medium cooked burger and it was over well done. Was super disappointed but the rest onion rings were awesome.

This place is horrible. Just left because it took forever to get seated(the place is empty BTW) and nobody even came to our table after 15 minutes. Terrible

This place a has a wide variety of toppings for your burgers including peanut butter!(I’ve been told to try it, I will when I’m feeling adventurous). You can customize your burger order to anything you can think of, you name it they’ll make it happen. They have other meat option besides beef like turkey and a vegetarian option. They also have great shakes! You can combine anything you want in your shake and it all tastes great. The restaurant is usually not crazy busy when I go which is great, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed, not too loud, and they have great service.

Had a great experience last weekend. The burgers and hot dogs were great, and the shakes were phenomenal. The ambiance was very old-school burger joint, and the restaurant was very clean. We showed up in a group of 5 adults and 8 kids under five years old, and our waitress didn’t even bat an eye. She handled our group like it was no big deal, handing out highchairs, coloring mats, crayons, and sippy cups like a pro. Thank you, Katie P, you’re a rock star.

The thing i HATE more than anything else is a well done burger. HATE! One of the reasons to eat where they serve huge burgers is because even though they won’t cook below medium in today’s bs world, it’s still pink. 3 stars because they usually will cook my burgers right at this place and the waitresses are fantastic servers. BUT, tonight I was brought a well done burger. I know better than to send back food in a place like this and was really hungry, so i worked through it and ordered a shake to get the taste out of my mouth. More disappointed than upset.

Best shakes in the area. Burgers are also as good or better than any other burger place in Loudoun. Thick cut fries are wonderful, including the thick cut sweet potato fries. Onion rings are just okay and salad wasn’t anything to write home about. I also really like the turkey burger as a healthier alternative to beef. I haven’t tried any of their appetizers so I can’t speak to them. Definitely my favorite place if I’m feeling like a shake!

Finally Made My way out to Cheeburger cheeburger with my family. Décor is very similar to a classic diner with the plastic vinyl seats and the neon lights. My family doesn’t eat too many fried foods so when we get the chance we like to see if we can get something different. Our waitress was nice enough to inform us that we could half portions of the fried items since we wanted 2 different ones. Awesome ½ Fried Artichokes and ½ Fried Mushrooms. My brother insisted on the Mac and cheese wedges since he never gets those. Appetizer review… Fried artichokes were the pickled kind so the taste was a bit briny but the batter wasn’t bad it had a nice and crispy golden brown. Mushrooms were good also crispy golden brown. Mac and cheese wedges were pretty much on point especially with the extra cheese sauce. Overall the fried items all have the same batter but it was light and crispy so it wasn’t over battered. For my entrée I decided on the ¼ lb classic burger with Lettuce, tomato, onion, grilled mushrooms, A1 sauce my go too toppings for a generic burger without over crowding it although I am mad I didn’t order peanut butter on my burger because I saw it after I ordered whomp whomp… Overall my burger was solid minus the fact that it was medium well and not medium. We also ordered a large half fried and half onion rings. The fries were okay nothing specially the onion rings were good batter stuck to the onion. We had a whole lot of fries left over good grief. I also go a s’mores shake which was okay I do wish they us a few toppings to show you what kind to shake you had just a a nice garnish but overall decent taste I don’t think I would’ve minded either shake individually versus combined. Overall Cheeburger Cheeburger is an indecisive person nightmare too many combinations and choices to choose from to would make your head spin. However variety is the spice of life so I give Cheeburger Cheeburger credit for making a good burger and having so many selections. Would I return again perhaps mostly to add peanut butter to my burger.

Awesome burgers, you can get them in multiple sizes cooked too your liking with unlimited toppings, the burgers are good but the standouts for me are the Chili fries and the milkshakes, you can mix and match anything from the uncountable flavors that they have(banana+oreo is my fave) as for the fries you can get everything but the kitchen sink on them. The chicken sandwiches and melts are pretty good also The staff is very energetic and the managers are cool and seem to adjust to off the wall situations(Large party out of the blue)

Throwback cheeseburger place with a pretty standard burger. I don’t particularly enjoy the method of ordering since you have to pick every single thing you want on your burger, and when there’s that many choices I just go too far and am never completely satisfied. The burger itself is of average quality, not particularly juicy and I don’t know how many eggs and how much breading they use. Five guys’ patties have much more flavor.

Soooooo the setting is pretty cool and the restaurant is very clean. The food is very plain and boring. The burgers are very dry and have absolutely no flavor. However, they do have a very large selection of topping to add. The service was pretty average throughout. Our waitress, Caroline was great. She was quick, polite and very friendly!

Strange that I hadn’t reviewed Cheeburger yet — must’ve been JUST before I started Unilocaling when I went here before. It’s pretty dang good. I actually was in more of a hotdog mood and tried the enormous cheedog with chili, cheese, onions and slaw. It was so-so. The hot dog itself was a little dry tasting, and the chili wasn’t as hot as it could have been. Also had the fries/onion rings combo basket which was decent, but their fries aren’t special. The shakes are pretty much the best thing here. I had a small mocha shake to go and enjoyed it very much. Service was mixed; had several different servers and some were good and some were rude.

Went here with a coworker for lunch, found a table at the far wall towards the center of the room just as you enter. When the hostess/manager/jerk gave me a an attitude for sitting at a table for six it made me want to sit there anyway(which we did) the place was only 1⁄3 full, so who cares? I ordered the BLT with a cup of chili for here and a bacon burger w/fries for my son to-go which I was going to bring to him after work. Coworker had the same meal I ordered for my son. It literally took a half hour for our food to arrive, his fries were overcooked, my cup of chili was literally the size of a dixie cup if not smaller! Thinking maybe they don’t have a cup of chili and they brought it as topping with the idea I wanted to pour it over my BLT… BLT was really good– bread was fantastic! Buddy said the burger was really good as well. Our server, Carolina, was very nice and seemed to be on top of everything. Got home with my son’s burger, stated that it was tasty but the fries were burnt. Oh yeah… if you order water, prepare to be disappointed, they obviously do not use a filtration system of any kind, because it is disgusting!

I did a really long review which didn’t get«recommended» by Unilocal’s automated recommendation software. Look waaaaayyyyy down at the bottom of the review list, and you’ll see the review I originally wrote, in the«unrecommended» section. In short, don’t eat here. Service is bad, food is average at best. Manager is indifferent to customer service. We saw someone wipe off the seats of chairs with a cloth, then use the same cloth to wipe the nozzles of the condiment bottles. Nasty.

I’ve been coming here every Thursday with my son for a couple of years. The place is great. Really fresh burgers that have a great fresh flavor. The friendly waitstaff and a kid friendly environment make it top notch in my book. The«mousse mountain» is a great dessert for 2. The onion rings are some of the best I’ve ever had!

If you like burgers with lots of toppings or milkshakes with lots of flavors and textures, this is the place for you! You can customize your burger with a bunch of toppings, and you can create your own milkshake invention from a huge list of ice cream flavors. My favorite is the coffee, black and white, cookies and cream, and amaretto mix! This burger joint isn’t hip for the 20s-30s crowd, but it’s a family-friendly, reasonably-priced place. It’s not for someone watching their waistline, but it’s a place to go if you’re craving a burger. They even offer a pretty tasty veggie burger, so I continue coming back for that. Five Guys needs to get with the times and offer more veggie options besides fries and a grilled cheese! And the milkshakes are worth making a special trip ;)

Still looking for that burger that will knock our socks off, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to try Cheeburger especially with our Specialicious coupon in hand. I will have to say that Cheeburger Cheeburger serves up a decent burger. Hand shaped patties, several different sizes from a modest 5.5 ounces to a grotesque 20 ounces, all natural Angus beef, cooked to order(well, medium well or medium) with an overwhelming array of toppings to choose from including eight different types of cheese. Most toppings are free, but some come with a significant upcharge(I consider $ 2.00 for a bit of guacamole significant). They also offer a choice of two types of buns, Kaiser or honey wheat. Burgers are not the only thing on the menu as they also offer melts, wraps and salads. There had to be at least 80 varieties of shake flavors and they will make any combination you request. The shakes are thick, creamy, huge and deliciously made with Edy’s ice cream. Had I known the shakes were as big as they are when I ordered, I would have gone with the half serving as it was just too much ice cream. I ordered the semi-serious burger. In retrospect I should have gone with the classic(¼ pound) as I only finished half. I ordered medium as I really like my burger to be juicy with a reddish center and medium is the rarest temperature they will serve. I will caution those of you who prefer a more well done burger, medium was closer to medium rare — good for me. I tried not to go overboard with toppings although I think that would be easy to do. Mine was topped with bacon, guacamole, tomato, pepper jack and sautéed onions. The burger was juicy, but I have to say with all the toppings, it was hard to keep together. Thank goodness they bring a fork and knife — you will more than likely need it. My husband ordered the delirious — 14 ounces of beef! I think he was delirious when he ordered as he barely made it though half. They offer a few appetizers and sides — mostly fried. We chose the medium order of the ½ and ½ which is half fries and half onion rings. The fries were hand cut and pretty good. Although I would have been ok with a touch crispier, they were not soggy. The onion rings did not slide out of the batter and were ok — I found the batter just a bit bland. Neither was greasy. The medium order was way too much for the two of us. Service was great. We were greeted immediately by the manager who took us to our table and enthusiastically went over the menu. Kevin gave us plenty of time to decide which options we wanted and checked on us several times throughout to make sure everything was ok. The décor was definitely 50’s diner complete with music, neon signs, lots of chrome and a soda fountain. I really debated between rating this place a 3 or 4. On service and quality of burger and shake alone, I would have gone with a 4. However, there was a mess in the ladies restroom that probably would not have been an issue if the restroom was regularly checked for cleanliness and that 50’s music was just too darn loud. I actually had trouble chatting with my husband at times.
