The actual service was good. I got a manicure and pedicure. The lady doing my nails was very careful and did the job neatly however the attitude is soo annoying. The lady who did my nails had a major attitude problem and she kept talking to the manager there. I am not sure if they were talking about me but they sure made it seem like they were. The manager had this arrogant look on her face. Very bad at greeting customers and no one in there smiles. Will never go there again.

Best massage, pedicure and prices in Virginia! The place is clean! The technicians are thorough. The pedicure lasts. Best kept secret in the county. My daughter found the location by accident and we’ve never gone anywhere else since.

ask the technician to use a wee bit more force to massage?
the technician was just placing some lotion and waiting for it to dry out while she glides her hands along… she did seem very young (inexperienced).
So I guess that would be why? I refuse to accept this reason… if you are a professional establishment then be professional…

they renamed this place to «Cascades Nails and Spa». if I could, I would give this place zero stars. I had an appointment at 5:45pm. they told me they would be right with me and to pick out a color. she then told me to put my feet in water. I literally waited 45 minutes to get my service started. she then started to rush through my pedicure and didn’t scrub my feet with the callus remover. whatever I though… I gave her another chance. she asked me if I wanted a design, I said sure why not. she did Polk a dots as my design. REALLY?! I could do this at home. the whole service was sloppy and I’m never coming back here again.
